    This was, by far, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed a mobile order and selected drive-thru pickup. I’ll take responsibility for accidentally choosing the wrong Dunkin’ location. However, what happened next was disappointing. When I arrived, there were no customers inside or in the drive-thru. I was greeted with, “Welcome to Dunkin. Hold on.” A moment later, the employee came back and said they only had coffee and donuts—no food. I explained that I had a mobile order, and she simply told me to pull around to the window. On the way, I had to drive through a massive pothole in the drive-thru that was nearly impossible to avoid. Once I got to the window, we realized I had ordered from a different location. Instead of offering to make my drink there and suggesting I cancel or request a refund for the other order, I was simply told to drive a few exits away to the correct store. I wasn’t looking for anything free. I just expected a little problem-solving and customer care. Dunkin’, what’s going on? Between the lack of service and the condition of the drive-thru, the entire experience was disappointing and left a poor impression of the brand.

    I waited a few weeks before writing this review because I wanted to calm down and think about what happened. I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot latte. The employee told me they didn't have any. I was confused and asked, A latte? She said we don't have it. I then asked why they didn't have one, and she simply repeated, "We don't have it, without explaining that the issue .Was it with the espresso machine or what? She neveroffered any alternatives. Her tone came across as rude, so I asked, Ma'am, what's the issue? Why are you being rude? At that point, I heard people in the background laughing, which left me feeling embarrassed and upset. I pulled into the parking lot to calm down because I was close to tears. A woman came outside and identified herself as the manager. She immediately defended the employee and told me no one was laughing at me because she had been standing next to her. I ensured her it wasnt the laughing it was her being rude! She offered me a free coffee and explained they couldn't make a hot latte but could make an iced one. What disappointed me most was when she said they couldn't have any more complaints. That told me this wasn't the first issue. I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but after talking to family members, I found out they had experienced problems at this same Dunkin' as well. This review isn't about getting free coffee. It's about customer service. A simple explanation, a kind tone, and treating customers with respect would have made this situation completely different.

    I went to this location yesterday at about after 6/7pm ...I drove up to the window the person taking the order (a female) said cash only, so I was like "oh nooooo" she was like "have a great day" . I found some cash in my wallet so I said , I would like to place my order please, she said they cant make any frozen drink so I drove off. She had so much attitude & not good for business her customer service was really poor.
