Therefore, I will no longer be purchasing from this location, until something changes. This was my go to Dunkin’ location.

I take the amount of crème and sugar down, and it still is made wrong. Not to mention if you walk in, you are ignored most of the time, people are standing there either waiting to give their order or picking up…they look at you like why are you here, no greeting.

I had told myself to never go there again after last bad experiences...now, no more. Additionally, online order-ahead is a joke foe this location. Orders never ready on time. One time, I ordered coffee ahead (6:15 am pick up). When I arrived, they said sorry you'll have to wait We ran out of coffee.
