  I’ve come here plenty of times and never once left a bad review, but this was honestly the worst and most unnecessary customer service I’ve experienced. I went through the drive-thru and it was hard to hear when the employee first said “hello,” so I said “hello?” again. The employee responded with, “I said hello twice already,” in the most irritated and annoyed tone. I understand people have good and bad days, but there’s no reason to be rude or act smart with customers who were being respectful from the start. We never came up disrespectful, but the attitude we received was completely unnecessary.

  Very disappointing experience. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and the employee simply refused to help me, showing no interest in providing customer service. I understand everyone wants to leave on time, but if the business is still open, customers should still be treated professionally and respectfully. Definitely disappointing

  I’ve withheld from writing a review because most of the staff is pleasant. But today the Manager Angel and another employee decided to have a screaming match over the counter. I’ve typically will have a wrong order etc, but never this. I placed a mobile order at 3:30 and came in to find the kitchen shut down in the middle of the day. They asked me if I had the wrong location, everyone was confused and looking around like oh well. Frustrated himself Angel decided to act what I expect to be out of character. This store needs better management, I witnessed open toe shoes or crocs being worn the the manager angel, the store was a complete mess as well. As a former General Manager of a coffeeshop, I understand the frustration of the coffee business, but screaming over the counter which was witnessed by several staff and customers is not it ever.

  Too rude in the drive through. Fast talkin me. Tone was as if she was mad I'm there. I work too hard spend money where the customer service is poor. They need training at this location. I'm used to chic fil a. I just drove off.

  For the last few months Ive come to this dunkin every Sunday afternoon and the service hasn't been very good. But today I walked in and was greeted so nicely by Angel. The sweetest ever! Great customer service and finally no wait while trying and getting icecream. In my past experiences ive had to wait 20 minutes for a scoop of icecream. Not this time tho! Angel was very kind and definitely made going back to this dunkin a way better experience than before.
