  When we first visited Dunkin', our experience was just okay. However, on a later visit we were helped by Angel, and he completely changed our impression. He consistently gets our order exactly right and provides outstanding customer service every time. Thanks to him, our expectations are always met, and we actually look forward to coming back. Employees like Angel make a huge difference!

  Just left Dunkin donut, the crew that there’s now ( Angel , Justin and D) are dope people. Always have my order out to me in a quickness and always the way I order it. Keep the great work. Going to start coming around this time more often.

  I used to come to Dunkin every morning before work since it opened, but after several bad experiences with the morning crew, I decided to stop. The service in the mornings was consistently disappointing. Some of the workers were rude while taking orders, and it just wasn’t a pleasant way to start the day. One afternoon, I came in to talk about my experience, and the manager on duty, Dee, completely changed my opinion of this location. She was respectful, listened to my concerns, and handled everything professionally. The afternoon team was quick, friendly, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Justin & Lay were very kind. They joked around with me, made me laugh, and still got my order out fast. I left with a refreshed drink and a much better impression of the store.

  8:30am. I was initially in the drive-through, but the drive-through line was long and it was not moving. So I went inside being that There was only one customer in line on the inside. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. There was five or six people working behind the counter, and not one of them even acknowledged that I was standing there. I ended up, leaving without placing an order. And I will never give them my business again.

  I am so happy they built this Dunkin! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I place mobile orders and they are always prepared timely and accurately. Javaiyah has been amazing since day 1. The set up and booths are such a nice, modern touch to allow customers to sit down and enjoy their purchase.
