- LLLaVonne LawrenceJul 3, 20261.0Chose to order here instead of grabbing an Aldi’s pizza; I was attempting to avoid cooking because my family was having company. When I got home, 5 minutes away, everyone sat down to eat. I quickly realized my pepperoni was refrigerator cold. I asked everyone else, and their pizza was also cold. We put the pizza in the oven while it preheated and sat down to enjoy our wings; those were also cold. We put those in the oven as well and I called the store. After being on hold for several minutes and recalling how busy the store was, I decided to visit with our friend and call back after we ate our food. The last thing I wanted to do after a long day at work was get back out and cut my time with our company short. When I did call back, the manager was not understanding seemed condescending. I shouldn’t have had to explain to him why I didn’t follow through with the initial call, etc. This had already been an inconvenience. I understand that they can’t just hand out free food to anyone that calls, but a simple apology would have sufficed vs making the situation more of an inconvenience and being rude. Horrible customer service. I ended up having to do exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place, and it cost me $25 more.

Never seen that 🤣not only did they "forget" my sauces last week that I paid for which means they arent getting tipped, the food was cold and the pizza was 35 percent crust. Hardly a pizza.. and the bites were dry and steal. Now this week I try to give them another chance and they canceled my order twice and wouldn't let me order when I ordered 20 minutes before close which is their job or get a new one. They shouldnt advertise 12 am if they aren't going to even deliver at 1138. Especially when I'm literally 4 minutes away from them. LOL. Lazy and disrespectful. Trash service and they don't even have the decency to call and tell you they canceled or why. Their big over an app lol

They said a new pizza would be sent with a drink for my inconvenience. Miraculously, a cold old pizza arrived 10 minutes later. I called the store to be told the new pizza had just left. I never received the new pizza which tells me I was lied to. I filed a corporate complaint. I very seldom order from Domino's and this is the reason why. Childish employees and unprofessional behavior.

Very rude.. no customer service my family walked in and we were not acknowledged by the 2 white guys in the back.. they kept cooking.. younger guy making crust with ear buds in with bare hands.. touching the door handles and other high traffic areas then touching then food.. 🤮. My husband asked if there were any specials before he can get the question out the guy cut him off in a very rude way and told him there weren’t any specials. My husband saw a sign that said Special on the wall and when my husband inquired about it he ignored him. My husband Kept trying to get the attention of the worker and he ignored him. , Black delivery driver came in, smiled at us really big Spoke to us and asked how we were doing! Sad that he acknowledge us and he is not even taking our order. What irritated me even more is there another guy walked in from the street after finishing a delivery went right on the line grabbed an order out of the oven and packaged it up and took it back out the door to be delivered without touching soap and water! 🤯🤯 this was the last minute stop to grab a bite of food before we went home after we picked our daughter up from work. We won’t be stopping here again!
