A whole line and a half was out the door and everyone was coming in and getting their orders I watched them skip over my order after my name was given twice. I saw a lady throw something away and put her hand in the trash and then proceed to make orders. Place was dirty, no spoons cup lids was everyone. I normally go to the one in Covington & totally two different experiences

I was the only customer at the counter. The server was acting like he didn’t even know how to make a bowl. There were just a few pieces of meat at the bottom of the pan and he literally stood there and have me half of a spoon of that. I said Can you add the rest of the meat in my bowl? Literally nothing left. So the manger says just let her know it’s going to be an extra charge. Now she knows how to open up her mouth. Whole time I’m thinking extra for what? So he proceeds to finish the bowl. I asked for some guacamole, at this time another customer came in. Out of nowhere this girl came from the back and took over finishing up my bowl. She said just letting you know we charge extra for the guacamole. Lol at this time I’m like do I look like an idiot? So I asked her what is all of this extra extra for everything? At that point I told her to keep the bowl I didn’t want it. Chipotle learn how to provide customer service instead of trying to price gouge.

In the app, I saw that I had a free queso and I remember the manager Amanda telling the person before me that they got the last of the queso. Once I got to the front, I asked her as an accommodation could she sub for guacamole? She told me no. I’m not really understanding why she wasn’t able to compromise/accommodate but she was very rude and short I’ve never experienced this at another Chipotle and I will not be back to this location because the manager is rude. accommodations should be made for missing items especially during lunch hours on a Friday.
