  They are good upfront but when you order a door dash, you don’t receive the same care. My order has been messed up multiple times. And today, this is the side I chicken I received. Very poor service.

  The young lady purposely over charged me an extra almost 11.00 for something that I didn't order. I've tried calling to have management resolve this issue but I keep getting hung up on or left on hold or the phone just rings. This happened on 7/31/2026 at 4:22 pm, from now on check your receipts and just cause someone is smiling doesn't mean their nice or a good person. I will be reaching out to corporate about this matter I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! Especially with how much things are these days everyone needs every little bit these days, that was so wrong and unprofessional!!!

  I had placed an online order through chipotle’s website to get the free guacamole and chips with a purchase of an entree because the app was saying “requirements not met” for that promo. The website took the promo code with no errors, I paid for it and picked it up at this location. The bag receipt showed no free guacamole and chips. I asked the lady who gave me my bag about it and she said it wasn’t on the receipt and walked away from me. Whatever right? I just made a second order with chips and guacamole and payed for that. When I went to pick up the second order, the same lady handed me my bag and didn’t even say a word. I got in the car and made sure my order was correct. I was surprised to find the chips were stale and hadn’t been filled to the appropriate line they should’ve been. I worked at chipotle, I know chipotle holds themselves to a higher standard than what was exhibited tonight. Based off of these recent reviews and the reviews of surrounding Conyers locations, I won’t be visiting any Conyers chipotle restaurants. Don’t have a picture of the chips, there were a few missing. Wasn’t fair to post that

  I wanted to take the time to write a review about my experience at this location. Simply because the employees are actually very rude and disrespectful.. for no reason. We went inside to get bowls as we usually do because we live nearby. we actually usually dont have problems with the food. however TODAY I asked for a salad dressing and was told there was none which sucks but alright what can you do.. my boyfriend pointed to the fridge because he saw what he thought was salad dressing and was wondering if she overlooked it. the employee (large, lightskin, stud, tattoos, locs) stopped what she was doing to swing open the fridge door slam the container in our face and say, “ do you work here?? these is oranges I know what i’m talking about.” trying to embarrass someone that you don’t even know? first of all, and I hope she’s reading this NOBODY was speaking to you. learn to stay in your place, and second even if we didn’t believe you for whatever reason that’s no way to respond to a customer. WHOLE TIMEEEE another employee noticed this interaction (she was working the mobile orders) and pulled out an entire BIN of salad dressing and gave us some. yall need to stop hiring people who have issues with speaking to people because you never know who is crazy. little interactions and slick comments leave a bad impression on people and we will not be back.
