  I placed an order online (paid) and went inside to pick it up, only to be told that the order did not go through the system. The guy said that they could not fix the order or refund the money. I then made a new order inside that cost $13.11 and I gave the girl $20.25. She gave me $6.00 and I advised that I should get back $7.14. she kept the receipt and the guy from earlier came to help. He looked at the receipt and she entered $20.00 so he tried to correct it. I told him again and that she didn't give me the change. He finally got it right. Plus, I tried contacting Chipotle online, the robot said thanks for the feed back but we can't refund every customer their money. Just lost a customer

  I went in there for dinner this place give a very little amount of food for a high all I order it didn't fill up the bowl me and a lot of customers was saying the same thing they need to size small and large bowl im sure I'm not the only one saying this i just post it when I told the young lady she really cutting the food down she smile can't go back til things change lot of other places sell the same thing

  I had a really disappointing and unhygienic experience at this location. The employee working the register was handling cash and touching other surfaces, and then proceeded to open up my food and touch it with her bare hands. There was absolutely no reason for this—the assembly line staff had already clearly written exactly what was in the bowl on the lid. On top of that, the customer service was severely lacking. She stood there staring at the line, and we had to wait until another employee explicitly told her to ring us out before she finally did her job. They really need to retrain their staff on basic food safety protocols and attentiveness. Won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. Amanda do better. The 2 young guys were great; but she ruined my experience.

  This is the absolute WORST chipotle location of all time. Just go to the one off of Wesley Chapel. Everytime I come to this location they’re so stingy with the portions of protein!!!!! If I’m paying for a $15-$20 bowl I should have more meat than rice. Always have to ask for double portions here it’s so freaking annoying!!!!

  I was at this location getting some food this afternoon and I saw a manager reprimanding an older employee on the line. I saw this to be very unprofessional on behalf of the manager. The older employee appeared to be new, however she remained professional in a chaotic environment while it appeared to be that she was being let go/“fired” in front of staff and customers. This employee humbly left the store. I will not be coming back to this location. Unfortunately, this location has received a 3.7 review rating on a 5.0 scale. Sadly to say, I see why this location is receiving such low reviews, if the manager and store leadership exemplifies inflexibility and unprofessionalism.
