I also asked for my food to be handed to me via and they sat a wet bag with my food almost hanging out on the ground. I could only speak to an AI representative and the gave me free entree for something that I couldn't even eat. Don't eat here please yall, I couldn't even report the driver for not following instructions. I text her and she ignored me, so that was a waste of time. Couldn't take my tip back either

I had to turn around because I noticed my chips weren’t in the bag today. When I got home and opened my bowl, I saw they had given me a different order than what I asked for with someone else’s name on it. This is the second time this has happened in a month.

Sometimes there is a way but I never have a problem with any employee, the food or the store. Long wait sometimes is about the only thing I can say but thats what happens when you have a assembly line. Be more patient people! Good job so far with this new location!

Won't go back to that location. Then the black beans was dry looking, the queso cheese was super thick.
