I spent more than 30min in line 12:40-1:15 NOT due to influx of customers but lack of staff. I ask that managers or GM be more realistic when making the schedule. Friendly staff, clean establishment and the food was great but the wait due to poor scheduling is ridiculous!!!!

Very much understaffed, there’s one person on the line making orders… why not put two or more people on the line to ensure that guests aren’t waiting in line for 30+ minutes. This location is horrible and everytime I come there’s a long wait!

If you don’t like your job, get another one. The standards for chipotle customer service should be way better being it’s not a cheap place to eat. Won’t be back to this location.
