  Love that they have plenty of seating inside and outside. Took a minute to check out, while she was away from the register to grab herself a drink

  It was a lady there, not sure if she was the manager but I believe she was, don't remember her name... But I came there for the tattoo event, stood in line over an hr and a half.. (Mind you I was there before the time frame provided even ended and I waited patiently.. They had nobody there watching who actually was there in time for the deal and I was in line towards the end of the parking lot, so it was multiple people in front of me..) when I get inside and been in there for about 30 mins & I finally get to the counter and the man has my bowls in his hand waiting on rice, she wants to look at me and come up and say the deal ends now and literally took her hand to draw an imaginary line between my bowls being held & the 2 on the counter and said this is the last one that'll count. That pissed me off because how are you just going to decide randomly when it's also 15 people behind me. Y'all should've had somebody watching who was the last person in line before the time ended because we were all waiting because service took forever as well waiting on food to be replenished or even just packed.. Next time I hope they do better. The price for the chips also seems unnecessary and half the time they're old and stale anyway.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Salem Road in Conyers, GA. A manager named DESTINY was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during my visit. Customer service should never make customers feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Management needs to improve professionalism and customer interaction at this location. She stated that no matter what happens, she will still get paid. I frequent this location, and I hope the service gets better because the CEO definitely wouldn't want to hear this about the management at a new location.

  If this place wasn’t so close to my house I’d literally never come here. The service is constantly abysmal. This is genuinely the only chipotle I’ve gone to where there’s just not enough staff no matter what time you come. It’s one person doing one thing every time. One cook. One preparer/cashier. One window worker. Like it’s ridiculous. Also no matter what time you come the wait time is egregious. It could be two people in front of you and you’d still be there 30 minutes just waiting. The chipotle on hwy 20 blows this one completely out the water and they should seriously learn from that one.

  It's not like the one, in Loganville!!! Some of the Young Ladies needs, to understand if the CUSTOMER is paying for extras, put it in the bowl! No need to keep shaking the meat, off the spoon!!! It's NOT, coming out your check, Sug!!! For real! Be CUSTOMER friendly, you're at work! Fake it! Dang!!! Get your money!!! The Young Man, was Polite and added my extras, without a problem! The Manager is the Sweetest and Professional at her job!! Seems she's , Teaching, and Polite, way, that some of the Employees, need to watch and Learn! The Professional Way!!! Empty the Meat Containers, before the Meat, gets tough, tho!!!
