  Customer service at the his location is awful. I stood in line waiting to place my order for close to five minutes and no one assigned me. The employees looked at me made eye contact and turned their head, another one helped a customer at the pick up window (while I'm standing there) and walked away as though I'm invisible. I walked out because I refuse to give this place my money. Do better with your customer service!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Just awful service!

  First time actually trying Bojangles and I was actually a big fan of their tenders. That lemonade was disgusting though and he didn't like his drink either. I'll definitely come back for tenders though.

  Food is good for what it is greasy junk lol but the place is clean and the staff is nice to talk to. The drive thru is fast and they keep you moving along well. More stars if the food was better for you

  Came here recently and they told me they didn’t have chicken at 5 PM in the afternoon. How can you not have chicken? We didn’t get to order we didn’t get served or nothing. 5pm may 8, 2026

  Every time I mean every time my work gets an order from this location they always miss entire orders and then we have to leave to go pick it up and when we tell them they forgot something they say oh well we will leave it on a paper for you to come and get it when you can leave again…. How about you teach the bagger to read a receipt and the check and make sure everything that was paid for ! Is in the bag …. I normally don’t even let things like this get to me, but it’s every dang time I mean, I guess the whole Work Place is gonna have to find another place to get our breakfast that can get it right
