The employee on the dunkin side just told me there was no ice cream and the other employee told my friend she was cleaning the ice cream area. So we decided to get drinks. We were ignored for a while and eventually got served. The young man seemed annoyed and never smiled. We hung out at the high table. Later, these two young men that were obviously friends with the employees show up. They kept entering the employee area to flirt/play with the employees. They also made themselves drinks and food. They were very loud. Every one disappeared into the back of the store ignoring customers. One guy yelled out for someone for several minutes. We went outside to chat and I witnessed more play with these two non-employees. We left at about 9:45pm and even though the door says they close at 10pm, the group of friends and employees checked out early. The unprofessional and rude behavior was very rampant. No manager or senior member on site to keep control.

Unfortunately, my interaction with her was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, and upon entering, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and continued talking with a coworker without acknowledging me. When I politely asked for the order, she whispered to her coworker to prepare it because she was not going to do it herself. Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and dismissive. I also noticed money from the register hanging out of her pocket, which may be something management would want to review. Please check the cameras using the date and time above for reference. Overall, I’m glad I was working and did not have time to further address the situation, but I did want to make management aware of the experience.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
