    This place was clean!!!! Almost to the point where you can get off the floors! Lol! Then I noticed that they scored šŸ’Æ! Go figure! The service was great and the food AKA sandwich was piping hot šŸ”„ with steam coming from the meat!!!!!! Great job Arby's in Conyers! šŸ’Æā¤ļø

    Warning āš ļø be careful eating there😔I went there yesterday around 6:12 to theArby's 138 SE Conyers GA bad atmosphere and health hazard one of the cashier was counting money where they distributing the food. They were loud, the food tasted and looked horrible. They need to have an adult with those teenagers that are working there. I found out that she short $60 on the cash register The one that was counting the money take a glove without washing her hands and went to make Sandwiches on the back. Please be careful when going there. I spent $24 and I was very disappointed ā˜¹ļø I called them the next day to discuss about my experience there no one picked up the and the went back to faxing machine. Manager is unprofessional. Very bad place to eat.

    I don’t know why I keep going back to this restaurant with horrible service! Today, 3/29/26 was no different! I submitted an online order (future purchase order). Arrived around 6:33p to a note on the speaker (see picture). One car ahead so was in drive thru an extra 5 minutes. Got to window and asked if the drink can be made with no ice because it’s not a selection in the app. The rude lady informed the order was already made. I don’t want a confrontation so I said ok. She said there’s 2 orders with the same last name, do they belong to me. I said the one spelled one way is mines but the other may be my daughters. Someone in the back said there’s numbers on the orders. I said do you need phone numbers or order numbers? She didn’t reply and gave me the orders. I pulled to the side to check the order and the fries were COLD! I went inside to request hot fries. The same rude lady at the drive thru is the same one who assisted me inside. I asked if I could get hot fries because the one in the bag was cold. She said, ā€œthat’s what happens when you order online as the order was packed when received. I said the order was a future request so it shouldn’t have been packed when you saw it on the screen. She said that’s what they do. I asked if I could get hot fries. She said I would have to wait. While waiting I hear her telling someone what did I expect when I ordered online. The fries will not be hot. So, I addressed her informing that it’s not good customer service and she didn’t have to be rude. She said she was talking to her manager. I said it’s still not good customer service. She handed me luke warm fries and I left. Went to my car and started drinking the mocha shake and notice the chocolate is at the bottom (see picture). Not even swirled. I didn’t go back in. No napkins included. Very disappointed!
