  Need to improve customer service. Most of the drive up stations wasn't working. Had to wait very long to have your food brought out

  Please shut this place down!! I’ve been going to this sonic on and off for a year it was okay at one point but now it’s just god awful. The staff takes FOREVER TO SERVE YOU. I usually don’t make reviews but I had to create one for my experience I waited 18 minutes FOR A DRINK!! I’m thinking these people are understaffed and that’s why it took so long but no, I get to the drive thru window there’s a group of them just doing nothing I get my drink and it’s a watered down mess. I can tell they just put water in my cup and squirted one pump of strawberry juice and called it a day. I’m so irritated. I’ll never go to this Sonic AGAIN!!

  I have never been to a place that is full of stupidity. I'm usually not a Karen but ive been thinking about whether or not I should do a review, but when I have my kids and family with me, I would love it if you guys could stop talking about doing drugs in front of my family. Our food was cold, the patio was a mess. Not being rude, but some hefty females were just standing there playing on their phones, putting people on hold. Who's putting these folks in charge!? I had went to the bathroom, came back and my husband and elderly mother told me that some short women in all black, guess shes a manager? Was outside talking about how she went to jail? Like she was bragging about it. Made us feel very very unsafe, so we got up and left. Not sure what's going on at this store but this is straight up ridiculous. This needs to be resolved immediately.
