  We ordered pizza and a garden salad this past Saturday evening. We were supposed to get a credit from our last oder, which we didn't get, but we ordered anyway. When the order was delivered I opened the salad and it was a chicken Caesar salad, not a garden salad. I cant eat Caesar. I dont care for it. My husband said he would eat it with the pizza so no big deal. I opened the pizza and all the toppings had slid to one side and stuck on the lid of the box. So, both items were wrong, and we didn't receive our credit. I drove to Dominoes immediately with the salad and pizza. They replaced the pizza and went to get a salad out of the back. She came back and said they were out of salads. So, I didn't have any dinner. She refunded the cost of the salad only. I ask her about the credit, she said, ok we will give it to you on your next order. Yeah, right. We won't be back.

  Ordered delivery, after an hour it said it had been delivered but we received no pizza. Called and their only solution was oh well do you want me to make another pizza and send it to you? When I said I wanted another pizza and a refund she told me no the best she could do was a free brownie. I told her I didn’t want a free brownie just make the pizza. Another HOUR later my pizza arrived.my daughter had to fix my 2 year old grandson a meal in the mean time because he was starving. You suck Commerce Dominos.

  Yeah, I put in an online order to pick up and got there 10min after it was done and and waited 10 more minutes at the window and two guys saw me and walked by and ignored me. No I didn’t make any faces but what’s the point of the window if they are just going to ignore people. No there wasn’t anyone in the store. And I had two cars behind me as well waiting and then be ignored as well. If you do an online order, I would just recommend going inside and getting it.

  I typically am not the one to leave a review or a bad one at that. But I am so disappointed in their service recently. I ordered 1 pizza and it was not anything fancy just plain pepperoni, and it took 2.5 hours before it got here. I live 5 minutes away if that. Yes, I could have gone and picked it up but I did not have the option at that time. By the time it got to me it was cold and the delivery man rude. I open the box and it was not even the correct thing I ordered. Super disappointed in this.

  Saturday night just before 7pm. I ordered on the app and waited until the tracker said it was complete and ready to go before I got in line at the drive up window. There was a car at the window and nothing was happening and another car pulled up behind me. I waited 10 minutes and pulled around to the front of the store, going in to get my order. They were busy and had a person whose food was not ready sitting at the window while cars behind them were waiting for food that WAS ready. I told the man at the counter the people whose food isn’t ready are supposed to pull back around. I shouldn’t have to be the one to explain this concept
