I asked for a 2pc white meal with breast only, both sides dirty rice. My husband got ham, egg and cheese meal. He got a cup but I didn't. I asked about it and she said I didn't get one. So we asked for a water cup. We stood and waited for our food in the front about 8 minutes. Then she decided to put our food on the tray. We stepped up to get it, and she kept looking around us. My husband told her it was ours, she said no it isn't. My husband told her again it was. She kept looking around us and said no. My husband held up the receipt and said look, it is. Then she pushed it forward, the order numbers from the printouts matched. I noticed my food was wrong right away. I stated that she put a leg and thigh on on my plate when it was supposed to be all white breast only but nothing was fixed. My husband was so frustrated at the service, he just took the tray and accepted what was there. I couldn't eat mine, I do not like legs, dark meat or thighs, which is why I ordered only breast. I ended up eating the top of the biscuit and less than 1/2 of rice. I threw the rest in the trash. We are upset and frustrated with our visit. I specifically asked to go to Bojangles only to be disappointed and upset at the slow, poor service and lack of concern or offer to fix anything.
