  Bad place, and the worst service. I ordered online, when I picked up my order, the cashier said 1 bag had everything, when I got home I’m missing half of my order and noticed the bag says 1 out of 2. I called to see if they had the rest of my food, they picked up the call and put me on hold, I was on hold for 30 minutes while driving to the place to PICK UP MY FOOD. as I’m driving my partner decides to call too, they picked up and the moment she said we are missing food they hang up on her. When i arrived “still on hold” I asked if i could talk to a manager or someone in charge. The guy at the front desk asked why ? I said because I’m missing half of my food and I’m trying to see if you guys have the rest and mind you I’m still “on hold “ the guy without saying anything else asked for my name, he sees my extra bag and AGAIN WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING just gives me the bag. I don’t wanna sound like a Karen, but you guys definitely need better customer service.

  This is how I received my food from DoorDash! I called DoorDash reported the problem. They refunded me because the food was not safe to eat. I called the store to speak with management the person that answered when I asked to speak with management she was very rude. She did not want me to speak with the manager. She asked me what was the problem and I told her it was something that I needed to address with management because it was a safety issue that I do not know if it occurred in their store or DoorDash, but I wanted to make both parties aware so the problem could be corrected in the future. I don’t know if Their staff failed to seal the bag properly or it was the DoorDash I just wanted to make them aware that in the future to advise their staff to make sure they securely fixed the tamper resistant seal on the back the lady hung up in my face. I called back She was still nasty, I explained to her the purpose of my call then she said very rudely that she was the manager I said you never told me that in the beginning she was so busy having an attitude because I was merely trying to make them aware of the safety aspect. I definitely would never do business with this store Ever again. If she was the manager, she definitely needs to be retrained. She has a very bad attitude and will cause this company to lose a lot of Revenue.
