  So I ordered my meal and instead of getting freeze I got carrots and celery sticks and upon receiving them I go and open the box with the vegetables in it and the celery and the carrots are soft and slimy and that means no one has taken the initiative to change out the water or even check the temperature of the water that's not a loan check the food itself this is a real big issue with restaurants and you all need to start taking measures to make sure that the food is safe to eat because somebody can get terribly sick. When the Careots and Celery get like that, That means bacterial growth and decay have set in, so they’ve spoiled. And they definitely need to be tossed out immediately they're no longer safe to eat. I or someone could have gotten really sick but I'm sure i won't get a response on this because I'm very sure corporate or that store manager doesn't care because if they did, this would have never been allowed to happen in the first place. I do hope you fix the issue and pay attention to your comments before someone becomes very sick then that will open up more issues for the establishment and whoever owns it. This is for you guys to do better when working in the industry food safety is very important when dealing with the public.

  Came and got a 10 piece meal and was very disappointed. I waited 10 minutes for my drink and every customer came in after me got their drinks before me right after ordering. I had to ask for my drink then they forgot my drink size. When food was ready the man put the bag on the counter and walked away started talking. So I go to the car and. Taste my food no I don't taste the milde sauce so I called ask for the manager and she was like I get a lot of complaints about the mild sauce and then we ended the call. So I taste the lemon pepper dry and I can barely taste them.. wings taste plain. Very poor customer service. I will never go back to this one. I wastedy $20 I could have just went to the Chinese wing spot and got better

  Came here right after work . They maybe had like 15mins left until they closed . They still were very friendly, helpful and the food was fresh and good . Keep up the good work . Food service can definitely be challenging at times and this team definitely did great .

  Just ordered a wing combo , fries missing from the bag , they did provide me some More fries however they tasted like old grease not fresh at all .

  The lady at the front was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the guy in the kitchen had a completely different attitude. We simply went back to ask for some condiments, and he threw his hands up and acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job. Basic customer service and courtesy seem to be hard to find these days. If helping customers is that much of a hassle, it shows. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
