- TVTuan Vu6 days ago4.0This has to be the go to place if you’re getting tired of smoothie king and want to try something different. maybe you’re looking forward to a bigger menu than that other business that rivals them and also a really big brand. I recently got the peanut butter cup or whatever they call it and it was absolutely gas, I loved it and it only costs less than 10 bucks per smoothie. I love it here and I would replace this over smoothie king (Maybe) I’m surprised I don’t see too much people here, this should get a bit more popular maybe a bit more bigger, I really like it. they even have actual solid food instead of just smoothie king and whatever they have. The atmosphere is may be a bit basic and a bit to corporate for me, but I would say it’s pretty good compared to the boring ones like what is happening to McDonald’s right now. But we’re going back to the food and it even has flatbread and all that stuff, it’s called a café for a reason of course it has some food.

I arrived early and completely understood that my order might not be ready yet. I was more than willing to wait. However, when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t see an order for me, even though I had my confirmation email. I had to explain that I knew I was early and didn’t mind waiting until my order came through. It was just an unnecessary and frustrating experience, especially because I’ve had issues with this location before. This is exactly why I prefer the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Midland the service and overall experience there are 10x better. I’ll definitely be going back to the Midland location from now on.
- ZZZimmsAug 23, 20261.0I’m an extremely frequent customer at this location, usually several days a week and sometimes nearly every day, so today’s experience was especially disappointing. I ordered my usual Detox Island Green in advance. When I arrived, my order sticker was attached to a completely different, cream-colored smoothie. Mistakes happen, and having to remake a smoothie would not normally bother me at all. What bothered me was the attitude I received simply for pointing out the mistake. There was no apology or basic acknowledgment of the error; instead, the employees seemed irritated that it needed to be remade. When my correct smoothie was finished, the employee did not hand it to me or even acknowledge me. Although I was standing directly in front of the pickup area, she placed it on the shelf without saying anything and walked away. I called afterward and spoke with the manager because the interaction had been so unnecessarily rude. After I explained what happened, the manager responded simply, “Okay,” and ended the call. No apology, no concern, and no indication that the issue mattered. The incorrect order wasn’t the problem. The way both the employees and management handled a simple mistake was. As someone who has spent a great deal of money at this location and has been a very loyal customer, I expected much better. Based on today’s experience, I would not recommend this location or purchase a smoothie here again unless its customer-service standards improve.
