I called to explain something might be wrong. The mangers response was no one ever complains: this shows a lack of accountability.
- JWj'anna williamsJul 27, 20262.0This place has gone downhill over the past year. All of the employees who put care into the orders have quit and the manager hired family members to replace them. They are not cleanly at all, I’ve found gloves in my food, and hairs(several). My order is always ruined whether it’s missing a sauce or an ingredient, smoothie is either tasteless due to too much ice(because they use ice and half the fruit is thawed and only really bananas are frozen), or it’s watery. I’ve been coming to tropical for years and my favorite employee Kelton is always who makes my food I only order when I know he’s at work, he’s a OG employee and truly cares about if I’m satisfied. I love the food and would eat more often if the other employees had the same amount of care. For better smoothies I’d go to Main Squeeze Juice Co, they naturally sweetened frozen fruits no sugar or ice necessary, very tasty and worth the price.
