  I put in a mobile order and I thought it would automatically put me at the right Taco Bell location. It sent me to one that I have never been to, and when the worker told me that it was set at the wrong store, she pointed me to the wrong one, and I didn’t get my mobile order in the end. I had to settle for something I didn’t want because untrained staff and a terrible app UI

  I had the steak fajita chalupa 2 pack and there was barely any meat. Other locations actually put the appropriate amount of meat.. staff need more training on appropriate serving size for making this. Or manager needs to be attentive. For six dollars I basically got onions and jalepeno on a nice flatbread with a speck or two of steak.

  Really disappointed by the day shift crew, my burritos were fine but our spicy potato taco, was an absolute mess, the potatoes are so over fried that they look like pork rinds, and to hide this obvious mistake and relatively small amount of potatoes, they buried it in an absurd amount of cheese, lettuce and sauce. Oh did I mention the sauce? Oh my god it’s everywhere. Really felt like we were fed the fryer scraps on this one.

  Absolutely rude at the drive through. I confirmed I asked for chicken tacos 2x after the screen saying beef, then asked before I gave payment for my food chicken- cashier Tayla C. Brought the food to the window. I checked it BEEF. Asked for chicken tacos and another man came to the window. Yelled at me you didn’t order that! Tayla then rolled her eyes and slammed the drive through window. I will not be coming back to this location and advise other to not either. The food was not warm and flat out rude service.

  Worst Taco Bell in the city, workers can’t follow simple order directions and are dismissive, just go to the location down the street attached to Circle K.
