  I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Why was there little specs of lettuce in it? Window got closed so fast once the bag was in my hand. I couldn’t even ask for sauce. Quesadilla wasn’t even pressed on at all nor eat ! I couldn’t even eat it. This location sucks.

  Didn't make drinks correctly, some of the food was just luke warm, staff was sort of friendly but definitely felt rushed at the window, and took longer to get the order than I have experienced at other locations. There were no other cars in drive thru and only two cars in the parking lot.

  The food was good and fresh but the order was completely wrong. There was no one else in the store and only one order on their screen besides mine so I know there's no way they mixed it up with anyone elses order. I normally don't complain about stuff but this taco bell has gotten my family's orders wrong multiple times.

  This is the worst Taco Bell in Columbus. It’s also the newest, so that should tell you a lot about who’s working there.. Drive a mile down the road there’s another Taco Bell that is much better than this one.
