I had just enough time to run to subway to grab lunch before making it back to work, I am type 2 diabetic and cannot eat bread so I didn’t have a back up option. I went to order my sold and was told “we are out of salad bowls” - this isn’t the first time this has happened. Waste of time and overall just annoying and sucks for people like me who end up being screwed more than the average person. Do better with logistics and order the supplies you need.

The service is good if you get the right crew. I did not get the right crew today. They messed up my order then got rude about it. Last time I was here and the time before that they went above & beyond. Can't win every time. At the sandwich still tastes okay even when it's wrong and they don't care.
Edit: I also have food allergies which means I can't eat certain foods. They need to pay more attention to the orders.

Reorder my wife CBR sandwich with app since it was in the system how she likes it. Tried the American club for myself and added subkrunch. For some reason the sandwiches were switched. My wife can not stand pickles and didn’t want green peppers since I was not getting steak. Slow down and fix things correctly pls. Ppl are allergic to certain foods and if the are asked not to put it on the food pls don’t.

absolutely terrible service when i ordered online pickup and was handed the wrong bag, went back to get the correct order and was made to wait until all other customers were served before my order was remade.

Yesterday 1/17/26 three women were working two extremely rude. One wanted to make sandwiches so fast they were poorly made & extremely messy for no reason. One was so rude she absolutely doesn’t need to work a job involving the public/customers. When she wasn’t being rude and was propping up on the counter on her phone. She had friends come in who interacted with fine was nice while taking their order etc. but to those she didn’t know extremely rude. Asked to use the restroom so my kids could wash their hands before eating I heard her in the back say were not opening the door when the other employee asked for a key. The third employee was nice she tried to do her best she even tried to begin my sandwich but the other employee said no I got it. She came and apologized after asked if she could do anything to help the situation etc. management can watch in store video of their counter and sandwich station to see for themselves exactly what kind of employees they have in their store.
