  Waited over 10 minutes for someone to answer after I pushed the button. Then the lady was exceptionally rude. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life.

  Just ordered 2 sonic blast after a long wait at the drive thru when the store had no other customers after all that I get up to the drive thru windows and see the cashier drinking a drink scrolling her phone. 7 minutes later Finally I see her go make the shakes I ordered at the shake machine...... doesn't seem like she's doing her job if it took her 7 min to go make my shakes when no customer is there but me......

  Waited 35 min in the drive thru for 2 watered down slushies..won’t be coming back…the wait is insane every time I come no matter if I park or use drive thru..

  I just left there. It’s 7/27/26 at approximately 3.pm. They sent out cold and hard fries. It’s like they gave me the bottom of the bag. Not to mention the chili cheese dog was room temperature. I actually waited 5 minutes for cold and hard food.
