  I was so excited to come here being that I haven’t been in a while but I should have kept going. The fries are so hard, they’re burnt. The sweet tea is gross. Taste like unsweetened tea. The lady who took our order was very nice and professional is the only reason I give any stars at all. The young man needs more practice on people skills and customer service as he didn’t say two words , RUDE!!! I will not be back because of the food . Waste of money and time..

  ​I am beyond disgusted with the service and complete lack of accountability at this location. For the second night in a row, the Sonic mobile app experienced a fulfillment glitch, processing my delivery order as an in-store pickup instead. ​When you place an order marked "ASAP," the app immediately locks the ticket so the customer cannot cancel or modify it. That leaves calling the store as the only option to resolve the issue. Instead of an answer, the phone line at this location (Store #1704) rings straight to a continuous busy signal because the staff clearly leaves the receiver off the hook or ignores it entirely. ​Because of this store’s unreachable staff and the app's refusal to allow cancellations, I am out $50 across two consecutive orders without receiving a single bite of food. Taking customers' money,locking them out of cancellation, and disconnecting your physical phone lines so nobody can get help is completely unacceptable business. ​I will be disputing both charges directly through my bank for unrendered services and escalating this directly to district and corporate management. Avoid ordering through the app at this location at all costs.

  Today on 9/2 ,stall 6 i ordered a double smasher no cheese extra tomatoes extra mayo no pickles add mustard they were quick but the burger had cheese on it when i specified throughly no cheese the new burger didn't have lettuce or the extra tomatoes no one listens i got charged for extra tomatoes and didn't received them on the new burger

  The food is OVER PRICED and Very watered down. The service is inaccurate and VERY slow 🦥. The didn't give me all my food I paid for which was over $80. When I came they totally denied everything this is the reason they didn't give me a Receipt so they can deny their mess up.
