  Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. Then said they could only take cash. I said okay and tried to order and then they stopped responding completely. Waited a few more minutes and still nothing. Complete waste of my time.

  Hotdog or tater tots was not fresh i notified management about my dislike and he stated it was fresh I should have just got my money back 🙃 😒

  It's been a while since I stopped in at Sonic and for the same reasons; very slow service (in the drive thru). It was a little after noon and there were 3 vehicles ahead of me in line. It took over 45 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my burger, drink and tots. I don't know if it's just me, but this LOW bar of service, especially for a fast food establishment, is completely unacceptable. The food was just OK but the wait WAS NOT.

  have attempted to give sonic on milgen my business 3 times now & the employees working each time has refused service at the drive up and make you go to the drive thru and each time they claim they cant make any slush shakes or ice cream. Ridiculous.
