  This was the worst experience I've had at a Sonic and I don't understand what went wrong at all. I pulled up to the stall and pressed the button to order just for nobody to answer. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I ordered on the app. It took over 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a bacon double cheeseburger. When the guy came out with my food, he didn't say anything, no greeting, no "Have a good one!" just handed me the bag and it wasn't even the right food! I ordered a bacon double with onion rings just to open the bag and get two breakfast sandwiches and three cups of mixed fries and tater tots. How do you mess that up that badly? That was my first time at this Sonic and it's definitely the last. Waiting over 30 minutes just to get an incorrect order and seeing others get their food before me was ridiculous. This "service" was a joke.

  Went on a Sunday around 6pm. They were out of alot of items, almost a third of the menu. Not sure if this is common (1st visit) and the staff seemed a little annoyed with my wife and I for ordering. The annoyance seemed to be present immediately after we were informed of the missing items and we ordered anyway..

  man whoever was working the night shift between 5/9-5/10, they SHOULD not be working there. like fr be like adele and set fire to their employment status.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Why are there no carports open?? And how hard is it to give a customer hot, fresh cheesy tater tots instead of a mix of cheesy FRIES and tots that have been sitting under a warmer for a long time. You would think that with all of these reviews of bad things and the responses from the “owner”, things would be fixed!! Lesson learned tonight, don’t go to this Sonic.
