I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and it tasted like awful. It was all syrup and when we tried to go back and get something else instead they were very rude and shut the window while I speaking and said they couldn’t give me a better drink. Do not come here. We also ordered a vanilla milkshake that was only foam literally no ice cream.
I visited Sonic for the first time this Sunday. Upon ordering, my girlfriend and I sat in the car for 23 minutes (we were watching a 40 min video and paused when approached thinking it was our food) before someone came to tell us that the mozzarella sticks we ordered, were unavailable and that we would have to choose an alternative.
Another minimum of 17 minutes went by before we recieved our food (because the video we had watched ended). When we recieve the food, there was no comment or words from the attendant just "goodbye" as if they wanted us to leave. When we opened our bag, we found the "Sonic Cheeseburger" we ordered didn't have a bun, instead just toast. We pressed the red button on pur stall and said we received the wrong item. The voice on the intercom said "I'll come out." We thought maybe they were surprised and wanted to confirm the mix up and see the mistaken item. No. Upon arriving, the employee told us "no it wasn't a mistake, they were just out of buns" - something no one had told or mentioned to us, and this despite the "triple smasher" having a bun. We then asked if they were sure, because the ONLY topping on the burger was lettuce. At which she responded, with a fair amount of disdain, as if we were inconviencing her by asking, "we're out of tomato. We're out of mayo. Yea, we're just out of everything. Do you want me to take it back?" We asked if you're out of everything, and you take it back, what is the alternative, and she responded "so you want to keep it?" We asked "is there another option?" And she said "so you'll keep it?" And I can't stress this enough, but that was the verbatim exchange, no missing context, no offer for a refund or an alternative. The option was you keep the "burger" despite missing its contents, or they take it away. My receipt therefore includes a charge for mozzarella sticks - which we never received - and a a full priced Sonic Cheeseburger, that was a sliced bread, a patty, and lettuce.

Negative 🌟 waited on drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes, first got told system was down, then was told only three workers on shift, then was told there was no ice. Left with no order amongs other customers.

I. Did not receive what I ordered. Others in my vehicle received a white strawberry milkshake. Vanilla ice cream that taste like it contained perfume. Service was unacceptable.

the girl working on the drive thru around 8pm 6/23/26 has the worst customer service attitude i have encountered in so, so long. just rude all around. bad manners taking the small order we made (2 corn dogs, 2 shakes), no smile, no you’re welcome, no friendliness whatsoever. we frequent the area and wanted to give sonic a chance but it was a massive let down. she charged me extra for 2 items i didn’t even receive or want. no receipt given, of course.
and to top it ALL OFF she handed me my ice cream in a cup with CRACKS in it - so it leaked out all over my car and me. not to mention halfway down the oreo blizzard thing there was no more oreo just white ice cream. my boyfriends banana shake was also a syrupy, thick, barely cold? disgusting disaster- he threw it away. a total waste of money and time. never again- this place sucks and apparently so do their employees.
