- MMMariah MorrisApr 23, 20262.0I really wanted to like this place. Columbus, GA only has like 1 Pizza Hut and I love Pizza Hut thin crust in Atlanta. The presentation was great. The pizza was hot and fresh but the sauce tasted funny and the cheese didn’t taste like cheese. The crust also tastes like cardboard. To make it all worse, other pizza restaurants are cheaper and tastes better. For a large cheese pizza, a large 3 topping thin crust and cheese sticks, I paid over $50 and there were no deals that included large pizzas. I think Pizza Hut in Columbus needs to throw in the towel.

They sent me a link to pay through DoorDash but it wouldn’t give me the option so I called back again, and they took the payment over the phone at Pizza Hut, left the delivery person an $8.00 tip, Pizza Hut kept the tip saying that they couldn’t give it to the driver DoorDash would have to after she went back to Pizza Hut to get it. I will be visiting Pizza Hut tomorrow to get her $8.00 which I then have to take to her. To add to the problem, she couldn’t give me the pizza until we got it all straightened out that I had paid for the pizza so then the pizza was cold. I will never order from Pizza Hut again unless they make this right
