  Took 30 minutes to make fries done ate my hamburger by the time I got them so being a meal is pointless should have just ordered burger and drink.

  This location has no sense of courtesy, customer service and definitely not an iota of leadership. Nor customer relations. The young man running the shift was offensive. And demanding that everyone use the kiosk. But honestly not everyone wants to use it . And some can't. So store #455 shows no interest in keeping their customers first. Attitudes while relating to customer service shows no integrity. And customers shouldn't be subjected to hurt pride egos

  No soap in the bathroom, which means no employees would be able to wash their hands in the men's room. Told someone at the counter who just looked at me for a second and walked away. They did have hand sanitizer on the kiosk machines. Fries were gross. Soggy and mushy. Nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old oil, but we're hot. Assume the poor quality was do to them being super busy while I was there. 2 people, whom I dont know, had issues with drive through orders and one was arguing with one of the workers and ended up waiting for so long 3 different family members came in at separate times to see what was wrong. I orderd at the kiosk, which did not have receipt paper. Someone had dropped a receipt in the middle of the floor before I arrived and I watched employees pass by it over and over as they took orders out to people waiting in the parking lot. Otherwise the store was clean. I didn't see one employee smile while I was there, which is sad as most everyone was hustling. Must be a terrible place to work especially when you can't even wash your hands.

  Ordered our food, was told there was no soda, it wasnt busy at all and waited for 20 minutes for a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not meet expectations. The issues appeared from management and staff. Specifically with Bre who identified herself as a manager, and Sabrie. Both individuals displayed behavior that was unprofessional and discourteous. They created a very unwelcoming environment and the level of service I received did not meet basic customer service standards which significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to enhance staff/management training and customer service skills.
