    . Чтобы сходить в туалет нужно каждый раз просить кого-то из персонала открыть дверь, это очень неудобно и портит впечатление. А также был неприятный запах. В остальном все хорошо.

    Visited for a drive thru lunch. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to discover my fish sandwich was half the size that it use to be and my "famous fries" were cold . I ordered and paid for($15.01, at that!) a Oreo McFlurry only to be told at the pick up window their machine was down but I could pick something else like a shake that was half the price. No refund was offered and my shake was mediocre at best. The staff however was very pleasant and did try to accommodate me as best they could at the moment. I won't be back. Certainly not worth the hassle or the price

    I was missing my main item, my other items where missing add ons and all the food was cold except for McFlurry because it wasn't even there.

    Customer representative did not want to take my order. Instead on making my order through the kiosk. I checked the website and it doesn't say anything about Customer being forced to use the kiosk. Cashier was not assisting someone else. I spoke to a supervisor at the store and did nothing about it. What is going on? I was not rude nor umpolite or nothing. I just wanted to be served by a human being. Is that too much to ask? It was not busy at all. Restaurant empty. These kids not in days dont have a clue about customer service , or values or hold the McDonald's franchise to their feet. Every penny counts. I can imagine people like this employee not taking orders just because he doesn't want to assist paying customer.
