  Worker at the window had a terrible disgusting attitude. No respect whatsoever also the drink was gross. This place SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSS

  Made an online order at Krispy Kreme only to find out that my order was given to someone else. The staff tried to make it right but was unable to get everything I ordered.

  Everyone was so friendly and the Donuts were so delicious! The store was clean and smelled amazing.

  Today I arrived with my family around 11am-12:30pm to this Krispy Kreme location. My family and I have never tried Krispy Kreme, we’re from out of state so decided we wanted to try it today. The donuts were good, not bad. Now, the lady who took our order, she was wearing a pink bonnet. She was extremely rude for no reason, and especially rude to my mother who has an accent. She kept rudely repeating “what” anytime my mother said anything. She seemed annoyed when we added drinks to our order. She was rolling her eyes throughout our entire interaction. I was very annoyed but didn’t feel like arguing on Easter morning. We were still polite and nice to her regardless of her obnoxious behavior. Even more, we had a coffee ordered for my mother. She said if we wanted another latte instead because there wasn’t any coffee at the moment. I told her yes, she never made the latte???? I didn’t feel like asking for it because of her previous behavior, and felt if I did I would’ve argued with her. When we left she was in the dining area talking to some other people, it was probably her break. She didn’t seem to have an attitude with them??? I will like to add on that the blonde haired lady who also attended us was very nice and professional. I’ve worked customer service jobs, I understand it can be stressful at times, dealing with many people at once, and getting paid minimum wage. This behavior is just plain disrespectful and ruined our experience. There is no reason you should be acting like that, not everyone can be joyous at all times, but you have to be respectful at the very least. I’m not sure what her problem with us was exactly??? Hopefully you guys can address this with her so she can improve her customer service. Happy Holidays!!!
