  My partner and I visited this pizza place for the first time a couple weeks ago and loved it. We ended up going back this week and were extremely disappointed in the staff and our pizzas. Each time we’ve gone we both get large pizzas, which $50 for two is a stretch but it’s all good if it’s genuinely good pizza. This past visit we walked in and noticed the staff freaking out because there was an issue of payments made between two customer orders. The way it was handled was entirely unprofessional and had the whole pizza joint in semi-silence just watching multiple staff members on the phone, running back and forth and being rude to each other in the process. The pizzas we ordered came out and I had asked for a topping on my pizza over the phone that I couldn’t see so I apologized for the inconvenience but asked politely if they could put it lightly on the top. The cashier was so sweet, agreed and apologized that it didn’t seem like it was there. My partner and I stood there while she took the pizza to the cook. She handed the pizza to a man in a baseball cap and glasses, and he said quite loudly “well then they should’ve specified on the phone!” At this moment I knew I shouldn’t have asked because when I got my pizza back, he had basically just smothered an oversized/excessive heaping of that topping on the pizza, and burning the other toppings. Even without that, our pizzas tasted different than last time with soggy middles and little to no sauce, which was not the same great pizza we had experienced the last time. I am really disappointed. I thought we found a good pizza place but I don’t think customers should be treated like that, nor staff members by their own crew. Especially if these problems are affecting your own product and the restaurant environment.

  Great food and the staff is super nice, the food prices are very reasonable and they are way better than the chain pizza places

  Just moved her to Columbus and this place reminded me of a pizza place I use to go to in St. Petersburg, FL. Needless to say, everything I ordered was phenomenal 🥹 I ordered 2 slices the Johnny’s Special & the deluxe..as someone who hates onions, I ate both slices! The crust was tasty. I ordered the bruschetta and boy oh boy the buttery toast with the tomatoes & the glaze was a perfect match! I also ordered the Greek salad and it was good as well, I forgot to remove the onions though but I ate it all! The waitress who took my order was patient, and had great recommendations! I will make this a spot I come to more often! 😊
