I did taste the sliver of bacon that I asked for but I'm not paying $14 for a wrap full of killer lettuce! For the time that I waited in drive-thru for a teaspoon of Turkey with a half a slice of bacon and cheese extra lettuce on a wrap I should have gotten at least a chip and a drink for $14. I wish I can post a picture of this! Requesting refund...

In my 2nd trip, I was VERY hungry; had already waited 15 minures to go pick up; after ordering in the app; not sure why they can't be bothered to call and let a person know. The Macon Rd location seems to frequently have problems! There is a #FirehouseSubs nearby, so I place an order in the app; drove there, like 2 minutes away and my sandwich was ready and oh SO VERY GOOD! THANK YOU Firehouse for always delivering quality products quickly!

So slow and they just don’t care. I won’t bother typing the same thing everyone else types. Jimmy John’s saying sorry to each comment isn’t fixing the issue.
