  They literally keep the front door LOCKED forcing you to use the drive thru and like has been repeatedly said the customer service is horrible and they move soooo slow! It’s 3 people in there and it took 15-20 mins for 1 sandwich! Currently typing this while I wait on them! Save your time and go to another location!

  Very slow service they move very slow preparing your order if you are in a hurry and can't afford to wait 15 mins on a simple order then don't go here

  Wasn't greeted when entering the building both servers were just looking at us like we came from outer space and to top it off we both order the monster sandwiches we paid $40 and only one was a monster and it wasn't mine after I made a joke saying what is a grown man going to do with a eight inch sandwich and acted shocked when we told them it was wrong nothing against Jimmy John's but the one in Columbus needs to do better maybe it was the time of day nawl forget that customer services should always be top tier won't be returning either: Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Publix, or subway
