  Second time in a few weeks that I ordered only to get there and have them tell me they have NO BREAD !! I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my sandwich! In my 2nd trip, I was VERY hungry; had already waited 15 minures to go pick up; after ordering in the app; not sure why they can't be bothered to call and let a person know. The Macon Rd location seems to frequently have problems! There is a #FirehouseSubs nearby, so I place an order in the app; drove there, like 2 minutes away and my sandwich was ready and oh SO VERY GOOD! THANK YOU Firehouse for always delivering quality products quickly!

  Fire everyone and start over. Food is good but I dread getting it here bc the employees don’t give a RIP about Jimmy John’s reputation. So slow and they just don’t care. I won’t bother typing the same thing everyone else types. Jimmy John’s saying sorry to each comment isn’t fixing the issue.

  Don’t bother putting in an online order. You’re still going to wait 30 minutes to an hour in the drive thru. Don’t bother getting out of the drive thru line to go inside either. The doors are locked half of the time and then you have to get back in the drive thru line and restart your wait. Truly ridiculous.

  I guess since the drive thru person couldn’t hear they just decided to make my sandwich their way. Not once did I ask for oil and vinegar but it was on my sandwich. Instead of remaking my sandwich the right way they gave me my cheese and onions on the side so I could build my own sandwich. Not to mention leaving the cheese off after I paid for it anyway. If they can add the onion to the bag, they can add it to the sandwich. Employee claimed cross contamination…it’s not cross contamination until it crosses the counter. If you could add an order of onions to the bag, you could have unwrapped the sandwich before handing it to me and made the sandwich as it was ordered, but that felt like a lazy excuse. Lettuce was a little brown. The frustrating thing is I repeated myself at least 4 times. Disappointing experience. And look how little meat is on here! Smh.
