- HHHaileSep 18, 20261.0Usually, this location is good, but the BOGO promotion was handled horribly. People waited for hours, and the staff seemed unprepared and understaffed. I understand that they were extremely busy, but we were repeatedly told our order was being worked on or was almost ready. After waiting over an hour, we found out they hadn’t even started it. We also watched our ticket repeatedly get pushed behind other orders. To make matters worse, the staff were rude about not being able to pronounce my boyfriend’s name. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

It's an online only deal, so to see that online orders have been turned off for this location (they were working 2 hours ago when we looked to make sure the deal was working) is very disappointing to say the least.

- BMBecky MSep 7, 20265.0My daughter recently got diagnosed with Celiac disease and she has been wanting a burger so badly and Five Guys was recommended for having safe options but I was still a bit worried. I honestly shouldn't have been though. We Door Dashed and while they don't have Gluten-free buns, they have the option of a lettuce wrap or a bowl. She chose a bowl and after we completed our order on the app I called the restaurant to make sure everything was sent over properly. I spoke with the manager on duty and I wish I had gotten her name, we ordered on Saturday, September 5th, and she said anytime we ordered just to call so they can ensure no cross contamination occurs. Door Dash doesn't have any type of spot to notify for dietary restrictions versus preferences which would be nice honestly. We got our order quickly and it was perfect. The fries that were ordered with her bowl were placed in the bag with the bowl then placed in a separate delivery bag away from our burgers with buns. Our daughter got her burger and even without the bun, she was so happy and didn't get sick. We definitely will order again and are so grateful for an amazing job.
