I waited 30 min then once i got to the window the worker inside gestured to me that it was unavailable to order. This was a very unpleasant experience and not only was my time wasted but also i did not even get any coffee. Can this please be addressed?

I then ask them if the drink had half and half . They said yes but lied because it actually had milk and not half and half. We got a strawberry donut and not a chocolate donut. It seemed the workers cared more about their own personal conversations than actually working. I would have said something about my whole order being wrong, but this whole establishment gives a persception like they want to fight given how they were talking.
