  They managed to get my order wrong 3 times in one visit. They left the bottom of my cup full of coffee grounds.

  So I've had some issues at this store before in the past, but the new general manager Rose is incredibly helpful and very kind. She corrected our last incorrect order without hesitation and was very helpful. We will be coming back to this location soon!

  I visited this location yesterday and ordered a medium coffee with the sugar and creamer on the side. I made this request multiple times to ensure it was clear. When I reached the window, I noticed my order was not prepared as requested. When I asked for the sugar, I was given Sweet’N Low instead of regular sugar. When I asked if regular sugar was available, I was told they did not have any. My concern is that this was not communicated when I placed my order. Not everyone uses artificial sweeteners, and customers should be informed upfront if basic items are unavailable. Additionally, after leaving, I noticed my coffee already had creamer added, despite my request to have it on the side. This was disappointing because I was very specific about how I wanted my order. I hope this location can improve communication with customers and ensure orders are prepared as requested.

  WORST dunking i been to. Waited about 20 minutes just to still get the wrong order. I ordered a matcha and got a regular coffe!! I also asked for protein milk and after being charged for it and waiting 10 minutes got told they are out of protein milk.... didnt even offer to give money back or maybe a donut... I waited even longer and still got the wrong drink. I was so tired of waiting so I just left. But never going back.that was ridiculous .

  The girl at the window was very rude and had an awful attitude. From the start when I ordered at the speaker, she had an awful attitude. She then told me that I wasn’t allowed to get an iced water and then gave me my iced coffee with no ice in it (lukewarm) and when I asked for a cup of ice for it, she said they charge for ice (mind you, I already paid for the iced coffee, with ice??) And told me she couldn’t give it to me at the window because I didn’t already order it at the speaker. She was very obviously just being lazy and didn’t want to do anything, it was slow and there was only like one person behind me. I had no drink because she wouldn’t allow me to get a water and my iced coffee was undrinkable because the taste was awful and so bitter, and it was lukewarm due to it not having ice. Also gave me no fork to eat my loaded hashbrowns with and my sandwich was cold. I’m always very patient and understanding of people in the customer service industry, but that was unacceptable and ruined my morning and wasted my money.
