  No whipped cream No folks.😩 Was told this after my husband had already paid and they were handing him these funnel cakes. 😒 I had to go to store to get forks so can eat while it was warm…3 stars only because my husband Oreo cake was very good! I had the birthday funnel cake it was dry and didn’t taste like birthday cake its a basic funnel cake. Birthday cake is known for a rich buttercreme flavor this was some bull😩

  New to the Columbus area, I kept hearing amazing things about this restaurant and finally decided to try it for myself — and it did not disappoint! The vibes and atmosphere were everything, and the funnel cakes were hands down the BEST I’ve ever had. And the owner? Absolutely amazing! So kind and welcoming. Gots to love her 😍❤️❤️❤️!! Easily a 100000/10, highly recommend!

  The website says this place was open from 1pm to 7pm today. We got there at 5pm and the door was locked so my husband looked inside and saw 2 people inside that were behind the counter so he knocked on the door and a gentleman behind the counter just starred at him and then proceeded to walk away and continue what he was doing. If the hours are wrong on Google then no big deal in my opinion, the problem comes when you have staff literally stand there, lock eyes with my husband, and continue to carry on as if he’s not knocking. I’m disappointed because I had my mouth fixed for this and instead experienced horrible customer service. Edit: To be the owner and respond in such a manner is unprofessional. You could’ve easily asked for my number or email and this could’ve been handled offline and I would’ve been more than willing to delete the review but instead you chose to let emotions take over and speak for you. We all have problems and obstacles and things that happen in life that we don’t like but when we are in charge, we must conduct ourselves as such especially when representing a business. Even though circumstances were present, everything that happens at that business is a representation of you.
