  Came in today on our way through town and was disappointed in the service received. The staff seemed as though they were inconvenienced by us coming in and ordering, the orders were made super sloppy, and the “large” bag of chips we received were only 1/4 bag full and stale. The taco we received wasn’t even properly put together or assembled. The only good thing was the two bowls we ordered which were actually made well and tasted good. The store itself wasn’t clean, with toppings all over their side of the counter, tables dirty, bathrooms not adequately stocked, trash cans both full, and handprints & fingerprints all over the windows. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re desperate.

  Just bad attitudes all together. Asked about how long will the steak take and the lady got smart with me and was like 10 mins l. I said okay I’ll wait in my car come back. She goes well we did have other things to cook so we couldn’t do it. I COULD’VE BEEN WENT TO THE OTHER CHIPOTLE IF YOU WOULD’VE SAID THAT! I pray this location shuts down

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. This was my first time trying to go to this Chipotle on Macon Road, and somehow it will also be my last. The store was closed nearly 2–3 hours before the posted closing time, despite employees clearly being inside. I tried to open the door, only to find it locked. The employees inside looked directly at me, waved their finger “no,” and laughed before continuing on with whatever they were doing. That level of disrespect toward a customer is completely unacceptable. If the restaurant is going to close early, at least have the professionalism to properly communicate that to customers instead of locking the doors while employees sit inside and laugh at people trying to come in. More importantly, management should be held accountable for allowing employees to close the store hours before the advertised closing time. Poor work ethic, poor customer service, and extremely poor management. I have never even gotten the chance to eat here, and based on this experience, I have absolutely no reason to ever come back. Chipotle should seriously address how this location is being managed and how employees are treating customers.

  Out of ingredients EVERY DAY. You’d think if they are consistently running out the problem would be addressed. 0 stars for management.

  i got there at 10:30 they close at 11 store was nasty inside they cleaning up and had a horrible disrespectful attitude and prepared my food bad barely gave me any steak and zero toppings other than cheese and lettuce saying they were out they were not out they had pit everything up early 30 minutes before closing on a Friday they knew it was gonna be busy!
