  Today was my first day trying cava and it will not be my last! Kelcee was incredibly helpful and detailed showing me all the options and gave me the best recommendation ever. I brought my dog to sit outside and she even got him a little water cup. Her hospitality was amazing and the food was even better. Bravo cava! I will be coming back for the food and service.

  I love CAVA and especially this one. Yesterday I came in at 9:42 PM craving a bowl and they indulged me like it was midday during the shift. Cam, Kelsey, and J were so professional and helpful so kudos to them and those who trained them. I will be returning, albeit earlier in the shift.

  I recently visited the CAVA restaurant in Columbus, Georgia, and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I have been visiting ever since. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. One of the things I appreciated most was the wide variety of menu options including meats that are available. Whether you're looking for healthy choices, bold flavors, or customizable meals, CAVA offers something for everyone. The prices are also excellent, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. The value you receive is truly impressive. Overall, the staff, food quality, menu selection, and pricing are exemplary. I highly recommend CAVA in Columbus to anyone looking for a delicious meal and outstanding customer service.

  Mike provided excellent customer service during my visit to CAVA. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable. Employees like Mike are the reason customers keep coming back. Great job!

  I’ve been to many Cavas before and am sad to leave this review. I ordered ahead of time my usual order and the portion was way less than usual and my pita that was supposed to be on the side was soggy because it was in the bowl :( . Also I had like three pieces of chicken in my whole bowl. The bowl was still alright I just was a little disappointed.
