- BTBarry Tharpe1 day ago1.0My wife and I went to eat at Cava. When we arrived they were out of 4 of the 6 proteins. Which we understand. We waited, the protein came out and the associate waited on the guy ahead of us (which he should). The two people behind us jumps ahead of us they served them then they started serving the other people? Our bowls were right in front of the proteins. There is no way they didn't know we were waiting. The others they served was all demographically different than us.

- MWMichael WestDominguez6 days ago1.0I’m not sure what’s happened with this Cava but it was not like this before- seemed to be understaffed and were out of a lot of items - the restaurant also looked VERY filthy- tables were sticky - drink area was a mess and several people were standing around waiting for their food. Very disappointed because this was one of the few healthier choices in Columbus-

Raven clearly communicated what was unavailable and handled it professionally, which I really appreciated. Micheal and Jay were both super sweet, respectful, and made the experience enjoyable despite the situation. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out. They are a great representation of excellent customer service and a true asset to the team and community.
