    All the games were on and out waitress was amazing. Got the sampler which lots of great choices and sauces. My only critique was that the boneless wings were barely warm but had good flavor.

    Sooo dissatisfied spent 40$ today and all the food was COLD. The veggies was Frozen like Legit froze with ice.. so disappointed

    Got there around 10:20pm. when we first sat down, the server zach tried to pretend like we weren’t his table or in his section even though the lady that sat told us our server’s name. we were there for less than 5 minutes. Got our waters and tried to rush to get our orders, we let him know we were waiting for one more. Our third guest came in not even 5 minutes later however it took zach more than 10 minutes to even get back to us and then when he did he made a comment talking about how he “knows we’re ready” to order implying that he is aware of how long he took. He checked on us a total of 4 times including greeting, food order, one before our appetizers, and lastly when our entrees came out during the hour and half we were in the restaurant . He had one party and 2 bar guest plus us, but was actively taking care of them and checking in much more than us. after maybe 10 minutes of us eating, he came over there asking if we wanted boxes. there was only 3 of us at the table and we’re all servers. we have never experienced anything like this before and usually understand how things can get rough at times but there is a difference in effort vs simply not caring enough to try. I would like to note we were a different demographic than most of the restaurant and we try not to assume but the service we received was terrible compared to the other group of people that our server had.

    Every once in a while you have one of those experiences at a restaurant that you just have to say something about. I had that experience at this BWW today. Honestly, I am super patient with wait staff. I know yall are overworked and underpaid. I get it. But this... This was something. First, the floor was disturbingly slippery. Then they brought me a beer that was like 80% full. I asked for a water twice - it never showed up. Then the waitress took our drink order and never came back to ask for our food order - had to flag her down, and the food took over 20 minutes to come out. I wish I would've timed it, bc it was probably closer to 30 minutes. Next, the waitress never checked on us after the food came, so I had an empty beer glass (with no water of course) for like 5-10 minutes. Eventually, she came around and asked if we wanted another beer. Never asked about the food. Then we went to cash out and had to use the tablet on the table. There was 4 other ppl, a seperate party, sitting at our table bc we were in the bar area. EVERYONE'S order was on the one tablet. I had to flag her down again to get her to split it up bc I wasn't about to go through all that and figure out what was mine. On top of all this, the speaker system was incredibly loud. To the point where my friend and I could barely hear each other the entire time. Who is managing this place? Yall need to be fired. I still tipped $10 bc I couldn't bring myself to just leave nothing. I should've left nothing though. Definitely never coming here again.

    They are SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW!! On an inside order, they forgot my friend's order. We had to wait another 35 mins AFTER telling the manager that SHE only brought out part of the order. She first threw the server under the bus by saying she only put in half the order. After 20 minutes, she the threw the cooks under the bus saying they only cooked half of the ticket & threw it away. REALLY? Can't be both lady lol And only ONE out of THREE online orders has even been CLOSE to the promised time and it still was late. The other 2 times they were late by over 30 minutes. Each time, it wasnt crowded. I only went because my family insisted on getting food from there. Go when you aren't hungry and don't mind the wait. There are a lot of tvs to occupy your time lol
