  Worst location in Columbus. 5 minutes for a damn biscuit. I’m at the window and you just keep walking past. Trash. Just trash.

  I recently visited this Bojangles location with a simple question about the breakfast biscuit box promotions. I wasn’t sure whether there was a Cajun Filet Biscuit Box, Steak Biscuit Box, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Box, or another current breakfast deal. The cashier was very kind and, since she wasn’t certain, she politely asked another employee for assistance. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience went downhill. Instead of trying to help, the employee immediately dismissed my question and told me I was wrong. I then respectfully asked if I could speak with a manager. When the store manager came over, I greeted her politely and asked how her day was before explaining my question about the breakfast promotions. Rather than listening or helping, she immediately became dismissive and argumentative, insisting Bojangles had “never” offered those types of promotions and implying I was trying to take advantage of the restaurant. From my past experiences, I know Bojangles has offered breakfast specials and promotional deals, so I was simply asking what was currently available. What disappointed me most wasn’t that a promotion may have ended—it was the way I was treated. The conversation felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was left with the impression that helping a customer was an inconvenience rather than a priority. Customer service should always be a core value of any business. Even if the answer is simply “we’re not running that promotion anymore,” there’s a respectful way to communicate that. The cashier demonstrated excellent customer service, but the management team did not. I hope Bojangles takes a closer look at the customer service culture at this location. My visit wasn’t about getting a discount or “working the system.” I simply had a question and expected to be treated with the same respect I showed the staff.

  I have come to this Bojangles over 10 times the past few months. I would just like to say, If you would like to wait atLEAST 20 min before getting your food. COME HERE!!! Regardless of how many cars on in the line : ) !!!!!!!!!!

  Night shift customer service is amazing....be sure to go at night...food is fresh and chicken is juicy. Ask for Jakiera...she's the best!
