  Customer service 5 star biscuit hot, chicken hot mashed potatoes delicious and the whole restaurant is clean yes even the bathroom oh and the chicken is delicious!!

  A bad experience for me, a first time customer!!! I pulled into the Bojangles on Victory Drive in Columbus, GA and was excited because there were no other customers in the drive-thru, and the parking lot was empty too, except for 2 cars which most likely belonged to the employees. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with dirty rice and coleslaw as my sides. I specifically asked for fresh cooked chicken within the last hour, which the employee assured me that my order would contain chicken that had just finished cooking within the past 15 minites!!! After paying for and receiving my order via the drive thru, I drove to my car brakes appt down the street. While waiting for my brakes to be serviced, I opened my Bojangles box to attempt to eat my food. Immediately, I noticed that the chicken WAS NOT freshly cooked. It looked as if it had been cooked hours before, and it looked terrible!!! I wanted to believe that maybe the chicken tasted better than it looked. I took 2 bites of chicken and it tasted awful!!! It was not edible. I tried eating the dirty rice instead and to my dismay and it too tasted awful and I discarded the dirty rice too along with the chicken. The coleslaw didn't get a chance at my taste bud! One thing is for sure, I will NEVER, EVER, stop in at a Bojangles anywhere in America again!!! The small amount of food that I ingested actually made me sick to my stomach. I had indigestion, heartburn, stomach cramps, and I prayed that I didn't have food-poisoning!!! NOW I KNOW WHY THE DRIVE-THRU HAD NO CUSTOMERS, AND THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY during peak hours!!! 😏

  Ordered a chicken biscuit and bo rounds.wasnt told the time it would take to make any of it . 15 mins after paying waiting in drive threw sandwich was cold and the bo rounds tasted as if the grease ain't been changed in God knows when will not be returning to this location.

  I love stopping by almost daily to get my breakfast. The employees are nice and the food is always good

  Everything was very delicious... I had the grilled chicken combo and my husband had the 4 piece chicken finger combo, their fries are absolutely delicious... best pink lemonade I've had in a while and everyone was very nice and even brought us our food after we didn't hear them call our name...
