The blonde young lady on the other hand was rude she never once made eye contact and made us feel like we were bothering her mind you we realize it was after 9pm but we are aware they didn’t close until 10pm. She practically tossed our ice creams cups on the counter and didn’t say anything at all. She was cold and very standoffish. My husband and daughter asked her for a sample and she blew raspberries while rolling her eyes as if she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there. I see she’s young and probably learning how to maneuver herself in a job but that’s not how you give customer service. I asked the sweet girl that checked us out what the girl’s name was in the brown shirt she said she had to ask her if she could give us her name, she said she didn’t want to give us her name but she’s the assistant manager. I said that’s fine, I’ll just let corporate know it is the only blonde girl working on Friday 6/26. I’ll also be calling corporate. She needs better training and guidance because as an assistant manager that is not how you lead from the front.

There were two girls and a boy working, and even though they were pretty busy, the girls had everything under control. One had dark hair and the other had lighter brown hair, and they were some of the sweetest girls. Their kindness and great service honestly changed my opinion about this location.

I own over 60 ice cream parlors across the US and have been in the ice cream business for 50 years. I will be coming back just to get served by the young man with blonde hair. This gives me hope for our young teenagers growing up!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
