But someone young man who was blonde saved the day giving me impeccable service with how quick and enthusiastic he was. I was truly blessed to be served by him if you get him let it be known he is an angel.

I’ve got a large family with 7 kids and he was very patient and tolerant of my 7 crazy kids. We will absolutely be back soon and I hope we get lucky enough to have Benjamin serve us again. I hope that Benjamin’s hard work and dedication will soon be rewarded with a promotion/pay raise the company should be very appreciative of having an employee like him.

Room temperature water, breeding bacteria. I’ve called the manager and let her know. She did not stop it. The curly haired blond boy tonight said “it’s just water” when I asked him to grab a clean scoop. He refused to grab a clean scoop. This place is dangerous, the team members don’t know what they are doing is not sanitary. I’d like to hear back from a manager outside of the building.

When we finally pulled up (our turn) we were told the drive thru was closed. We said we had been in line 30 minutes waiting, okay 26 minutes actually. Did they think to be nice enough to tell us, but HELL NO, smarted off and argued telling me I had not been waiting, and told us to come in the store. We were five cars deep in the drive thru. Well I’m disabled and the drive thru was easier for me, but to hell with Baskin Robbin’s because every store has been run down into the toilet by kids who clearly just want a check and franchise owners that have no concern for quality control. I will not waste my time again.!!!

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
