  It is refreshing to find someone like James operating the drive-thru at this location. He is pleasant, professional, understandable, and can actually carry you through from start to finish with his service with a smile. No attitude, no cell phone in hand, no mumbling, no eye rolling, and no disrespect. My office is close by and its convienent for me to drive thru, but I have chosen other options due to the attitudes I have been given in the past in the drive thru line at this location. Thank you James!

  Waited very long for my food. I ordered a coke and she handed me a sweat tea and I told her I ordered a coke and she said “ no you said sweat tea” and I said no ma’am I said coke. She then said well you can just keep it and rolled her eyes. She still didn’t give me the coke and I didn’t want to ask again because she was so rude the first time. Then when she was about to hand me my bag she said what sauces did you want and I said Arby’s and horseradish. Opened my bag and there is no horseradish. She was very rude the whole time. Will never go to this Arby’s again. I will go out of my way to go to the midland one because they are always great there.

  jamoca shake not mixed thoroughly half vanilla and half jamoca other than that tasted great get the app and get some deals to save alittle $
