  Went here on a daily basis.. well, used to before I got racially profiled while dropping of an employee by another employee (Janell) stating that I was going to “shoot up” the establishment 🙄 completely uncalled for and constantly repeated it for validation from other coworkers. My drinks are never made correctly unless chi makes them and no one has reached out in regards to the racially profiling even when I called to report the incident

  I just recently tried this place out and I loved it! I truly enjoyed seeing how the employees interacted with each other and customers. It’s nice to see them enjoying coming to work and building bonds with each other in the process. I got a chai latte and it was pretty good, not too sweet as well! I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys an affordable quick drink (no shade to starbucks haha).

  Coffee looked perfect, tasted like the worst coffee I've ever put in my mouth, bitter and sour. Got a custom breve with cold foam that literally tasted like eggs. So I drove back around to return it and get a refund. Girl in the drive thru lied and said they don't do refunds, only remakes (I googled company policy later) so I told her to just please take these drinks away. I'm thoroughly confused about how they managed to get it to taste so bad. Circle k coffee is better. Hell my neighbors blind dog makes better coffee.

  i’ve been to a lot of different 7 brews and different coffee hut/drive thru places bc i travel a lot but this one is the only bad/not good one i’ve ever been to. the drinks aren’t consistent, and maybe it’s because it’s a lot more high school kids and the other locations i go to are college students and older, but the service is also not that great. sometimes the kids are rude and they also spend a lot of time just talking and next thing you know one coffee took 15 minutes when there is no line. there’s also multiple times where my drink is just wrong lol

  We had the absolute worst experience ever, we visit this location quite often( maybe to often😆) and yes I know it’s new and they r working the kinks out and we give grace for that. However today was unacceptable!!!! Being told that they weren’t calling me a liar but that I needed to pull up my bank acct and prove I paid for my drinks is unacceptable! Especially because I had already received one of my drinks and the young lady that had given me mine didn’t question whether I paid or not. Because she saw that I had but another associate walked out from the inside to hand us our 2nd drink and said have u paid? We said yes we paid with our card with the young man taking orders and she said “ I am not calling u a liar but u need to prove it to me and show me ur bank acct transaction* …. I feel like it could have been handled soooo many different and better ways!!! After we showed proof of purchase there was no apology other than a rude face and sarcastic remarks. Especially when other associates comes over from the other lane to tell her no that’s not this car, they have paid, she just kept saying no they haven’t , no they haven’t, like maybe u should check things before u start accusing people in the manner that she did!
