The service from the bartender downstairs was top tier, she was so nice and attentive. The place was packed and it felt like a vibe. Food was good but eggs were runny after ordering them cooked hard. When this was mentioned to the bartender she notified the kitchen and some guy came out I'm assuming a manager handed us a saucer and asked for the eggs off the plate while we were eating and we were very confused. It was eggs and you could have just replace them but instead you wanted us to stop eating scrape eggs off a plate so you can do what!? That left a bad taste in our mouth! Bartender 10 out of 10 all day....service from management or whomever he was 0 out of 10!

When I tell yall this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Top tier from service to food to atmosphere!!! Although we had reservations, we still had a little wait, but the young lady at the hostess stand was very apologetic. EVERY server/employee we passed greeted us as the GM Charles escorted us to our table. He asked where we were from and if this was our first time, assuring us after our experience, we would be back. Our server was more than a server, KING is KING. From start to finish, King was excellent explaining what was on the menu and making suggestions. (Now in my geechee voice) Dem damn grits, my lawd!!! That is somebody's grandma's recipe. No salt, pepper, butter, nothing needed to be added. I eat hot sauce on EVERYTHING, but I didn't need any on my catfish. I have said all of this to say, yes Mr. Charles, I WILL be back and you should run, not walk to try them out 🍑

Let me just tell you right now: The Breakfast Boys is the absolute BOMB. I’m pretty sure they are back there seasoning the food with literal magic because everything we ordered was seasoned to absolute, undisputed PERFECTION. It was everything you could possibly want out of a meal and then some. My tastebuds are still recovering from how good it was. But as amazing as the food was, the real MVP of the entire day—the undisputed queen of the establishment—was our server, Mrs. Keshia. 🤩 Listen, Mrs. Keshia didn’t just serve us; she looked out for us like family. Our glasses never even had time to think about being empty. I think my cup was refilled before I even finished swallowing my last sip. She was constantly checking in, making sure every single detail was flawless, and she is genuinely one of the funniest, warmest people I’ve ever met. She had us laughing the entire time and honestly made the vibes so perfect that we were ready to pay rent and just move into the restaurant forever. I have never felt so genuinely welcome in a restaurant in my entire life. The atmosphere was flawless, the food was a 10/10, and the hospitality was next-level. Do yourself a massive favor and get down here immediately—and if you're lucky, you'll get seated with the queen herself. #ProtectMrsKeshiaAtAllCosts

My dining experience today was graded a 1 star due to customer service only. The food was great however it was served much later than it should have been. Ive been to this restaurant a couple of times and had good service. Ive even recommended this location to several of my friends and co-workers that come to Atlanta often for work. The SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE TODAY and the GENERAL MGR ( Charles ) was the #1 reason why. 1. We ordered our food at 11:32 am and the table next to us ordered afterwards approximately 11:33am per the Waitress. As noted, our food order was submitted first. Well our neighboring table recieved their food at approximately 11:47am and we were still waiting for our food and its now 12:03pm. I asked the waitress what was the issue and she stated it should be coming up soon, the kitchen is still working on it. Well another 10minutes passed so I summoned the Manager. He expressed that the kitchen must have cooked out of order but he needed check on it and get back to us in 3 minutes. The food arrived approximately 5minutes later and it was hot ( which was great). We basically received our food at approximately 12:20. 45minutes after ordering. We only ordered the Salmon Hash and Shrimp and Grits, no drinks, no appetizers. 2. The issue is that there was no discount offered on the check once we receieved it so I asked to speak with the Manager. I did not speak with the General Mgr Charles but he told the kirchen manager to decline offering a discount for the wait. I was basically told, "its a Sunday so things are really busy in the kitchen but there will be no discount for the inconvenience". I expected the server to provide some kind of compensation even if it were a $5 coupon off the next visit but we receieved NOTHING. This is very poor communication and terrible customer service. I would hope that the OWNERS of this establishment is reading the restaurant reviews GOOD and BAD so that you can train your employees to understand one thing, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS. I will no longer recommend your restaurant because of insensitivity of your managerial staff( specifically CHARLES ). The other staff members were great

First time dining at this establishment. It was average at best. The atmosphere is ok. I chose to dine outside, the weather was beautiful. The first thing to catch my eye was the decorations. Mini flags were hung but I guess no one got the memo that this is the United States no US flags but there were two Israeli flags multiple Pakistani flags along with a whole host of foreign flags that just didn’t belong. When I asked the server said she wouldn’t have put them up but that’s another story. It was like they ordered it from Temu and they got the next tier flags. Our server greeted us pleasantly took our order and we never saw her again till the end of our meal. While eating I tried signaling to a waitress passing by because I needed something, we locked eyes and she walked right by like she didn’t see me which she did. Luckily another waitress passed by and I got her attention. The meal I got was the Bacon, Egg, and cheese sandwich with potatoes and grits. It cost 15.95 The meal wasn’t anything to write home about. It wasn’t bad it wasn’t knock my socks off good either. The utensils are the same utensils you get from the dollar store. (No lie) You don’t expect that kind of silverware from a so called high end restaurant. Also the cup was plastic and as you drank you could see the wear and tear on them. My last complaint was as we are eating the bussers are walking by with trash cans. These were full to the brim trash cans going by as everyone is eating. I don’t know if there is just one entrance but that definitely ruined the ambiance. All in all I’m sure I won’t be a repeat customer I definitely wish the establishment well and I hope if someone in management reads this they address things such as the silverware!
