- JBJackie BanksOct 2, 20265.0Good manager needs to be over this store Octavius is a good manager who does a lot for this location trying to improve this location keep him
- JMJacqueline MossOct 2, 20261.0Asked for meat lover no bacon and half with mushrooms and jalapenos and they put black olives on it so it had to be remade and they just threw the toppings on it.
- ABAlexandria BumpusSep 18, 20263.0i don't know what happened to this pizza hut. it's literally always one girl that's in there in the mornings/afternoons i don't know if she's the manager or what, but she always takes forever to come to the front and lately for the past couple weeks of me ordering pizza from here my food has been overly DISGUSTING, sloppy as hell, and undone ... i tried to continue to give grace but at this point im done ordering from this location.
- CTCourtney TignerSep 14, 20261.0Never delivered my food. Rude. Nonchalant. Would not give me a refund. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Most awful customer service and no store manager in the store. I hope they close this one down. Pizza Hut just lost a customer for life!
- KJkaren JohnsonSep 12, 20261.0I placed my order yesterday around 3:30pm for $56+. The delivery time changed multiple times, the delivery driver changed twice. After waiting for over an hour I called the store was transferred to 3 different people. I was informed the driver just picked up the order, this was 5:15pm. We gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until after 5:30. They informed us again that it was on the way even though app showed my order was canceled due to an issue with the delivery driver. Order was never delivered. After 6pm we went to the store and got a refund. They knew my order was not on the way, they could have just told us and we could have switched it to takeout. Highly upset with this location. I had issues with them in the past but decided to give them another chance. No more!! I will never order from them again!
