  I’ve always ordered from this location and have never had any issues with customer service until today. The young man with dreads at the front was very inconsiderate. I was first in line, and he asked for my name. After I gave it to him, another customer came in. He asked for her name as well, then went and got her order and handed it to her, even though she still had to pay, while my order, which had already been paid for, was sitting there the entire time. My thing is, if my order hadn’t been ready, I wouldn’t have minded waiting. But the fact that he never even checked for my order and had me standing there unnecessarily was uncalled for. What made the situation worse was his response: “It’s not a big deal.” I beg to differ. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and consideration. Treat others the way you’d want to be treated, and always take care of the customer who’s already in front of you before moving on to the next.
