  I ordered food for my wife, and a few minutes later she decided she wanted to switch her wings to no sauce, an easy fix, you’d think. The problem is, they don’t answer the phone. The recording tells you to press five to speak to a manager and edit your order, but no one ever picks up. The only person who answers is the one taking pizza orders, and he couldn’t help or even direct me to the right person, he just told me to hang up and press five. I told him I already had. I sat on hold for 10 minutes with no answer, and they even hung up on me multiple times. After trying five different times, I gave up. Easily the worst Papa John’s experience I’ve had. Probably one of the worst in the country. It’s Atlanta so it checks out.

  This restaurant need a manager badly. The crew is in there and nobody has a hairnet, especially the girl making the pizza who hair comes down to her waist not even in a ponytail smh, then the girl that’s takes the pizza out of the oven and cut them up, she biting her nails. I just couldn’t believe it. I thought I was in a Comedy skit. I had already paid and didn’t wanna go back-and-forth so I just threw it away smh. I was already tired but had to leave this review because it was a mess.

  Too many kids working here. Long wait times for food. No gloves or hairnets ever being used during any of my visits. I would never order my food from here.
