  Compré un Mc Crispy Dlx y no me lo pude comer el pan estaba quemado. El pollo sabía a aceite quemado. Deben cambiar el aceite de las freidoras. Y verificar la tostadora. Lo peor que compré.

  I’ve probably been to at least 500 different McDonald’s across the country. This believe it or not, is the absolute best run McDonald’s in the franchise that I’ve experienced. It’s right outside the 285 exit near the Atlanta airport. These people are top-notch. Great service. Food is perfectly done. A lot of times you go to a McDonald’s and there’s just something off and you deal with it because for that price point and that level of labor, you just accept it. But here these are food professionals (a rare thing in this world) who have a great work ethic. Store is exceptionally clean. Food comes out very fast. That makes sense because you’re right by the airport and people need to get moving here pretty quickly. It’s also one of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life. The fact that they are this well run with this type of volume in this location, boggles my mind. I’d show you my steak egg and cheese English muffin, but it was too good and I ate it too fast.

  So its like 8 cars waiting behind me in Drive-thru....I was waiting for about 15 minutes and no 1 came to the microphone. I decided to drive around and see what was going on....its a girl sitting in the window on her phone just simply no taking orders. I asked her is they open and she says yes but we are short staffed so we taking 1 car at a time. I do get that but why not let customers know on the microphone. Then I am an officer fully dressed in my uniform...so I just wanted to see if she was gone lie to me after she took my order....I asked her do they do law enforcement discounts....and she said what county you work for (which shouldn't matter because no mcdonald's never asked me that). I was like Fulton County...and she said we only give Clayton County officers discounts. She didnt give me a receipt saying something was going on with their machine. I drove around to see if cars still sitting there and they are...cars literally started doing what I did eventually because they girl is spending more time on her phone then helping customers....the food was fresh but the customer service was trash 🗑. I came at 2:05am and leaving at 2:34am on April 30, 2026. Would have been longer if I hadn't drove around. I also upsized my combo and didn't get it upsized. It was so horrible that I have the food to a homeless man smh.

  This is the slowest store in the area. How is it possible that—being located right near the airport, where people are constantly racing against the clock—they are so incredibly slow at serving customers and fulfilling orders? Are you serious? Common guys people doesnt have time to wait that long. Furthermore, whenever I come here in the early hours of the morning, the service is consistently terrible—people are stuck in the drive-thru line waiting to be served, and it’s the same story when it comes to actually receiving their food. I simply don't understand how they can continue to operate this way—it’s not as if the food were free.
