  So, I don’t really want to leave this place a bad review because I have so far really liked jacks. But I stopped in tonight October 1st 7:30pm, and the place was so off. I stood up front with four other people waiting on someone to come to the register for about 15 mins. When the girl finally came in she was coming through the side door like maybe she had been outside smoking or something for an excessive amount of time. I tried to brush that off and move forward but when she got to the register she just stood there and stared at everyone. Never gave any indication she was ready to take an order, never greeted anyone, just stood there and looked at us. So I stepped up and asked if it was ok if I order, she took my order, and when I was done she just stared at the next people. Those people turned around and left, and she yelled after they walked out “I just let them people walk she was rude she just stood there looking at me.” Like yea, they did because you never asked them to take their order, no body knew if you were ready, she wasn’t using proper manners in a professional setting at all. Idk it was just an awkward,, unfriendly, could care less about the customers feel this evening. Jacks lost four customers to walks out because of this young lady tonight. I wasn’t one of them because I really wanted my darn cookies but, this needs to be addressed. One bad employee can really spoil a reputation. If this is acknowledged, I’ll happily take my review down and put you guys back up a good one, but honestly speaking for myself, if tonight’s behavior is what I have to look forward to every time I come here going forward, I will probably get my cookies elsewhere.

  The cashier was so friendly! Definitely new breakfast stop! Already love dinner/lunch service!

  The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food is very consistent and is quite tasty.

  Our experience at Jack's in Cochran, Ga was amazing. The drive thru attendant was quick and thorough with my order. The meal was delicious. I'll definitely be back for breakfast.
