  This restaurant in Cleveland Georgia is a joke! And I am not saying this because it is not first time experience it's like this Everytime I take my family there for lunch! This is just the first time I have complained in writing lol! So anyway I stood at the counter for 30 minutes or longer (which was stupid) waiting for someone to take my order while I watched several employees scurrying around like scared mice and bumping into one another like a pinball game and each one glancing up at me as if to say "are you still here?" Lol! Meanwhile a guy at the counter taking a woman's order I think? Lol! And complaining to her how he needed to get his glasses renewed so he could see and then going back and fourth like it was long time no see event! Til finally I lost my patients and left and took my family to Wendy's lol! And I must say they were Jonny on the spot! Food was fresh and hot and prompt and they were even busy! And we basically got the same thing as we would of got at McDonald's, we always order the value meals but Wendy's actually was a value and far far better than McDonald's! So bottom line is that it looks like the family and I will be going to Wendy's from now on 🙂 Not that it will matter? But I would recommend that the McDonald's in Cleveland Georgia get their act together and clean that place up and get better customer relations and service before there is no McDonald's in Cleveland Georgia 🤣🤣😳

  Really disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a Happy Meal for my son with EXTRA fries instead of apples, but they still gave us apples. He also didn’t get the toy that was supposed to come with the meal, which was honestly the part he was most excited about. On top of that, we ordered a 40-piece nugget and large fry to share between my husband, myself, and our other child, and something was seriously off with the nuggets. They tasted like fish. At first I thought maybe it was just me, so I didn’t say anything, but then my son said the nuggets tasted gross, and when I asked my husband, he agreed they definitely tasted like fish too. Mistakes happen, but between the wrong Happy Meal items, missing toy, and weird-tasting nuggets, this was a pretty frustrating experience especially spending that much money on food our kids not to eat it

  Absolutely nuts they don’t even know how to make a cheeseburger. All they do is they dip that whole entire cheeseburger and ketchup, which is absolutely crazy they don’t know how to clean a restaurant because there’s always ketchup other stuff on the floor. That’s not been cleaned up packs that’s been stomped on the tables of dirt as heck. The food is always cold and taste in old.

  I went through the drive through repeated my order twice before I got to the window drove off and everything was wrong nothing was right on my order. So I parked my car and went they were supposed to have fixed it and still was wrong again. That was the worst 20 I spent
