Today I was handed a drink and like the last few times, I’m told have a good day and they looked shocked when I explain I have more items. “The ticket didn’t print” big dawg okay it’s your job to ensure I get what I paid for like hello. I shouldn’t have to check and see if I have bacon on my toast after I’ve pulled off and then pull back around to get what I paid for. it’s just frustrating and it makes me think what happens when people get their items delivered and they have to just suffer the loss. Do better

I tell them just two scoops of rocky road. The woman on the other side who wasn't the young guy who originally responded, says something super quietly. When I ask to repeat, she gives me an attitude. I then switch and just tell them a medium limeade. The guy comes back and asks what size. I just told them. I didn't even get it. You get better service and better stuff at the Scooters and DQ down the street.
