Cookie dough blizzard consisted of cheap tasting ice cream with no cookie dough. Just a few tiny chocolate chips. Not thick at all either. Cheap sprinkles on a vanilla scoop. Neither child ate what was suppose to be a treat at end of the school day.

I just got a blizzard and it was good but I wish it had been blended a little more. No biggie.

I would have given this place one star! Horrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich ,onion rings, drink and a Molatta. All thru drive thru. When I got to window, all was correct, except, he tried to give me a caramel sundae. Not what I wanted or ordered. I received my money back. The sandwich was thrown together. Pieced together from two singles. I know because one pattie was upside down , the cheese was on the bottom bun. He told me not to come back. No problem. Traveling anyway! Then he followed me outside for a receipt. Called me the "N" word with the hard "R". Walked up on me and tried to snatch receipt out my hand. Said , I'm calling the police! For what, I WOULD NEVER EVER go to that place! So choose wisely in Clayton, Ga. DQ is not the place!

I've only ever left two reviews for any restaurant ever, and the thought of leaving one for a fast food joint sickens me, but I can't hold my tongue on this one. I came by last night for chicken strips and a Blizzard. I went through the drive thru, which took about 15 minutes despite the line not being very long and the restaurant not being full. At the speaker I ordered a 6pc Honey BBQ Chicken Strips Basket, cheese curds, a lemonade, and an Oreo Blizzard. I had to repeat myself five times because for some reason the speaker was built right next to a loud highway. When I finally got to the window, I received my cheese curds and my chicken strips basket. The cheese curds were given to me in a bag, but the chicken strips box was just given to me as is, no bag at all. I peered through the window and saw so many employees working in the kitchen that I couldn't understand why their service was so slow. They were not the least bit short staffed. I got my Blizzard, and I asked for a lid. I had to repeat that request three times before the employee understood me. She then told me thank you in order to shoo me away, but I told her that I was also supposed to have a lemonade. She didn't hear that either, and once again I had to repeat myself. I finally got my lemonade and drove home. Once I got home, I had some difficulty carrying everything inside because for some reason they didn't think I needed all of my food to be in a bag. Once inside, I put my straw into my drink and took a sip. I was immediately disappointed as I realized she gave me water with the slightest hint of lemonade flavoring. It was disgusting and tasted like the beverage equivalent of a cheap motel room. I went to open my chicken strips box and saw no toast. I ate a chicken strip, which was alright, then I noticed there was toast in there. But the toast was buried right under the saucy chicken strips, so my toast was absolutely soggy. The chicken strips themselves were fine, and my french fries needed to be cooked longer because one of them felt like it wasn't even fully cooked through, and the fries were very pale. The Blizzard tasted fine, but Oreos in the bottom of it were so obliterated from over mixing that I just felt like I was eating crushed Oreos that had been soaking in a little bit of milk for too long because somebody got distracted. The bottom of it didn't even feel like eating ice cream. It was just so sad. I don't know what's happened to this place, but they are in dire need of new management. Even the employees need replaced because, as many other reviewers have said, they're mostly just high school kids goofing off and not taking anything seriously. There was one other time I came here a couple of months ago and one employee made a blowjob joke when I asked for a spoon for my ice cream. Ever since they remodeled and got the drive thru it's gone so downhill. The outside of it looks fancy for a fast food joint, but the quality is absolutely garbage nowadays. If you want a good Dairy Queen, just skip Clayton and drive all the way to Clarkesville because they seem to be held to much higher standards.

Very disappointing experience. Several of the young employees were standing around goofing off, looking at their phones instead of helping customers. One employee was even wearing AirPods while working, which looked very unprofessional. Meanwhile, what appeared to be the owner or manager was doing everything he could to keep things running and trying to get the staff under control. To make matters worse, our order was made incorrectly. After reading the Google reviews, it’s clear this location has been receiving the same complaints for a long time, yet nothing seems to have changed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this Dairy Queen. I hope management is able to address these ongoing issues and improve the customer service.
