  I have always LOVED the pecan chicken salad sandwich. Lots of chicken, apples, pecans, and of course that soft and delicious whole wheat bread. I was so excited to see it was back. Well Arby's...you should now call it the mayonnaise chicken sandwich with nary a hint of pecans. Poor marketing, I know. It was gross! The bread was still the same, thank goodness! The salad had a few apple chunks, a bit more of the chicken chunks, some shredded lettuce sprinkles in there for some reason and a ton of mayonnaise. If there were any pecans, I could not identify them through the glop of mayonnaise that filled the space between the bread slices. On a positive note, super clean restaurant, super friendly staff, and excellent service. Can we get the old recipe back for the love of all things chicken salad?

  Absolutely awful experience told me to pull around i waiting 15 mins fir my order before I walked in pissed as hell and hungry

  The lady that runs the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude and hateful and it’s sad because me and my fiance was really looking forward to getting Arby’s and this lady ruined our appetite with how hateful she was being. I work in food service/customer service and I know how your supposed to treat customers and the way I was treated today was disgusting I will not be returning to this Arby’s and I know many people with similar experiences here ( I would like to say that the district supervisor is extremely polite and made the situation better, I believe her name is Mrs David and she was extremely helpful)
