  I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell recently due to the behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I drove up to the drive through, he seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with a rude tone and dismissive attitude. When I got my food they didn’t even get my order right. Customer service makes a big difference, and this interaction really put a damper on my visit. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the whole location.

  I wish I could give this place a zero, a worker named Will, took my order and could not get anything right. He seemed more interested in not working than actually doing his job. He also made me feel very uncomfortable and not safe at all. This type of person should not be working if they make the customers feel unsafe or uncomfortable

  I watched the delivery truck finish unloading their supplies while being told ‘we’re out of beef’ in the Chatsworth location. Seems like service in Chatsworth is trashier every day

  I accidently sent an order to this store after I even put I was in Dunlap and I know they can cancel an order it was 40 bucks and the general manager refused to cancel my order im all the way in Dunlap TN there is no way to get it im pissed I will not ever go to chatsworth taco bell again for to this and it's happened couple times and other store canceled the order and I got my money back right then that general manager just didn't want to deal with it I actually went to the Dunlap store where I was and the manager Ryan told me all that so called general manager had to do was void that order and I would have got my money back so as of right now I'm out of like 40 bucks because of this lazy so called general manager and the store manager Dunlap Ryan tried to call the chatsworth store to talk to the so called general manger to talk him through how to do it but he wouldn't answer the phone this so called general manager needs to be fired if he is that lazy imagine how lazy he is doing anything else
