  We just had the absolute worst experience at this sonic that we have ever had. We arrived and it appeared to be pretty slow. We pressed the order button and waited. After a lot of people around us already received their order a lady bringing food out to another car said we had to move because that stall was not working. So we did and pressed the order button and waited a while longer until someone came on to take our order. We ordered and waited for a while. After we noticed more people around us receiving their order we pressed the order button again and asked the lady where our food was. She shortly came out with food and no drink so she went to get our drinks and we realized the food was ice cold. When she returned with our drinks we told her the food was cold and she just said sorry we are really busy. So we waited a few more minutes and realized she wasn't coming back so we just left. With our food that was inedible and out $25. We were there a total of about 45 minutes. On top of all of that the bathrooms were disgusting. There was fecal matted smeared all over the toilet seat and trash and "water" all over the floor.

  Ordered a drink 1 drink at 4:14 at 4 :47 went to glass door ask about my drink the girl was rude and cussed at mrme cause they were busy, not my fault you under staffed you restaurant. She had no right to cuss at me very disappointed horrible employee very rude need to lose her job

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ve been keeping count because of how often it was happening, it has now been 5 times in a row that I’ve ordered online and they have messed up my order every single time. To top it off, they won’t answer the phone so that you can ask for a refund or for your food to be remade. If you want sonic please go to a different location because the employees here obviously don’t do what they’re paid to do. Absolutely ridiculous

  We had bought fries and their was a mistake and she came out and apologized and gave us free small ice cream. The manager is the sweetest girl youll ever meet.
