  I haven't been to a McDonald's in quite some time but I was pleased to find out they had a super special when I came up Friday night I got a 20-piece Chicken McNugget a basket of fries and a large sweet tea for under $11.

  This place is disgusting. Not a single clean table, meaning I had to eat in my car. My app order was delayed, as the employees state the drive-thru is their priority, so they get fresh food first. Would not recommend this location, even if traveling through.

  Fries did not have a good flavor. They were not hot and tasted stale. I had to have my burger remade because it had been made incorrectly. Overall, not a positive experience. We have stopped at this McDonald's many times but will probably not stop for a long time. Positive: outdoor table to enjoy sun and beauty of nature

  DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to when or the many other food establishments in Chatsworth. This McDonalds does not respect the customer. I went today April 11th, 2025. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for the staff to correct mistakes on other orders I made a request to the young lady taking my order. Im ready to spend my hard earned money any way I have to. I'm trying to get some Mario for my elderly mother who loves it. I just didn't want duplicates. I know the numbers and just requested to see the numbers before purchase. She said we are not allowed to do that. I've done it before. Then then said she just asked the manager. This was a flat out lie because I watched her the whole time. She didn't ask anyone anything. Its a small request for me to spend my money. Poor customer service. The staff and apparently the manager are not willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THE MCDONALDS IN CHATSWORTH, GA. I recommend that others do not as well. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Steve

  Every table was filthy, trash on floor, bathrooms gross. Three employees in break all at the same time all seemingly oblivious to the condition of the seating area. Bad look for the franchise when fast food is costly and not that fast.
