  ok so today is 7/6/26 @12pm so I bought a coupon book for $30 and inside were bojangle coupons and my vehicle driver side door window does not go down so I parked and walked inside while my handicap mother n law sat inside the car. I had a coupon and she had a coupon so I just decided to save her the hassle of getting out and walking into the restaurant bc it's extremely hard for her to get in and out of the vehicle. so I know some restaurants only allow 1 coupon per order. the burger king off of Northgate in Dalton allows as many coupons as u want on 1 order. but back to my experience so I walk into the restaurant walk up to the counter and I am assuming it was the manager who walked up greeted me and i tell her I have 2 separate orders she says ok and I say both r Togo. I tell her the 1st order which I have buy 1 get 1 free chicken biscuit coupon so I pay the $4.79 and then she asks what the 2nd order is which was a free sausage biscuit coupon she tries telling me no u can't use 2 coupons and I say that's why I have 2 separate orders. and she again repeats the same thing. and I just stand there and look at her in disbelief that a manager would treat and say to a customer that they can not use 2 coupons on 2 separate orders. and no I did not tell her I had someone handicap in the vehicle and that's who the 2nd order belonged ro bc frankly its none of nobody's business and that should not change anything. as a former McDonald's manager I would have never stood there and try to argue with a customer over a coupon. very poor customer service and I didn't appreciate it at all. not a good look for bojangles especially since the restaurant has 2 signs up on the drive thru window stating that customers should never mistreat the staff. when the manager is trying to argue over a coupon. I will say this she did end up taking the coupon but the damage was already done. maybe its not always the customer's fault when things are misconstrued and maybe it's the staff who need attitude Readjustments just saying

  Freezing inside so ate in the car but the food was hot and fresh!!

  Great food and service the biscuts and chicken are always fresh.

  I went through the drive-thru, and wanted to eat my breakfast in the car, but they forgot to give me some utensils in my bag, so I had to park and go inside to grab that. But other than that it was good.
